I ordered a cake for my sisters 25th birthday all she requested is that it’s cookies n cream in the shape of a heart with pink frosting. On the day that I go in to pick up the cake that is already paid for in advance only one older gentleman wanted to help customers. The younger boys there on October 23, 2023 were not friendly at all did not say hello and have extremely poor customer service. Did not get their names but, it was the two young boys working around 3:00pm that day. They need to be trained better and treat people the way they would want to be treated. When the older gentleman heard that I was unpleased with my order and it was not right he said he could only give me candles to make it right. I think more should’ve been done a refund or charge half the price. Remind you this is a cake over $30. A few days before this I wanted to put my order in to make sure they had enough time to prepare what I wanted without any mistakes Natalie the whole time had her back turned towards me cleaning scoopers instead of checking occasionally if there’s customers. I asked her if I could put an order in and nothing seemed organized. We did the order standing up even though there was tables, she was being trained but obviously from what I received didn’t listen to the simple requests I was making. This location needs to hire people that want to work, have better customer service skills, need to be more fast and friendly. I will never give this place business again. Yesterday, I went in a few minutes before closing. I was greeted with the girl rolling her eyes. You definitely can tell she was bothered that I walked in before closing. As I ordered my first scoop and my partner was looking for her choice. The girl was aggressively saying, "anything else" repeatedly. Mind you I work 11 hours and I was happy to be able too make it before closing. She killed my experience. I will never return over the poor customer service...
