Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Whittier

Mobile order was easy just go to the pick up window and get it. I came quickly after placing the order so it wasn't quite ready yet.

Ordered the Açai berry bowl no banana inside or on top with added peanut butter topping. Requested granola on the side. I like that they replaced banana with the other fruit for the inside when I mark "No banana inside". The mobile app doesn't allow you to have notes or comments but I usually ask them when I arrive to be sure. Have to check or you'll end up with runny soupy açai bowl! I also said no banana on top but they said they do not sub it with the other fruit that is already included. They only do it for the inside, not top. I guess they leave empty space where the banana would have gone? They should fill in with other fruit. It is a berry bowl so just fill in with the other berries. I still liked my bowl but it turned soupy so fast!

Did not get much interaction from staff to rate the customer service but my order was made exactly as requested and came with napkins and utensil in a togo bag. Glad I didn't have to ask for a bag as other locations, you have to. Varies by store.

This has now become my 2nd favorite Nekter location! Hopefully, when I do interact with the store staff, it will be pleasant...

The food is great and usually so is the service. I came this morning and a girl gave me attitude when I approached the counter asking if I needed something, obviously I need something if I bring my bowl back in my hands and I’m at the counter and then I asked her to come because she was standing behind a window asking me this and she rolled her eyes and cane over to me I showed her ghe bowl and pointed out the blue berries in the bowl there was only 6 blue berries. I paid a dollar more for blue berries for there to be at least a few more. So I told her usually they put more than that which is true anyone that has ever made my bowl puts more fruit than she did. She got more of an attitude and insisted they can’t put more until I mentioned that even their manager or shift lead puts more blue berries than that. So she added literally 1-2 more. We pay a decent amount for these bowls and I have never minded paying for quality as long as I get what I am paying for. People don’t pay $10-13 for a smoothie for bad service and to be given less than what we pay for. Again usually this place is great and I’ve never had an issue with how much or how little I received in my bowl...

The reason for this negative review is because I first contacted them on July 24th regarding experience issues through their website and have yet to hear a response. Maybe someone here will reply and resolve my issue.

Smoothies are great, service is good. However their protein waffles have gotten worst every time I got them. I would get a waffle with missing ingredients and after the third time this happened, I decided to contact them. Why allow me to order if you don't have the ingredients necessary to make the waffle. My ticket is 35835 Experience Issues. Had hopes this would be resolved as I enjoyed getting their smoothies.
