When it came to staying here our experience was really positive however there are two things that I'm hoping that they'd be able to fix in order for us to revisit in the future. I'm hoping that they can have their cleaning stuff make sure that their coffee pots are cleaned out, I loved that they provided a package that included everything for coffee however when it came to making it, I noticed the tank of the coffee pot was very unclean and aside from that there was a slight mold smell in the unit and I had a hard time sleeping due to being super sensitive to mold. The prices were reasonable for the accommodations we were needing, and it was close to the highway which made everything around us accessible.

This is our 1st time to stay in a trailer and we liked it! We haven't properly camped for a very long time and to celebrate my hubby's birthday, we chose to try it here. The location is very accessible to everything; gas, convenient stores, and Williams town! We'll definitely stay here again next time, thank you for the experience, we enjoyed it. Cons: *The space heater only works occasionally and the furnace heater cannot warm the rooms as much - it can get chilly in the rooms at night so ask for another one from the office since it can get pretty cold when you sleep. *The dirt path going to your RV/trailer is very rough and has too many holes. So be careful when driving.

What a great experience. The park is well managed and the amenities are great. Our camper had two bedrooms and the common area was clean and has everything you need. The outside has a picnic bench, fire pit, and grill for your camp out needs. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of families with kids and dogs. Clean and enjoyable. It's enough close to Williams downtown to do some downtown fun. We shopped, had dinner at the brewery, and breakfast at a coffee shop. Safeway is close by too.

Right off the bat I should say that this type of accommodation isn't my thing. I am an elitist snob and I don't particularly go for this type of stay but we were with some international students we host so we thought this would be an interesting experience and it was certainly that, and not bad at all. We took one of the static RVs on the site, and there were 5 of us to fit into the two bedroom RV, with one person on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining area.||I think this makes it crowded and space is definitely at a premium. However first off, we arrived a little early but our unit was ready and we were able to move in before going to see the sunset at the Grand Canyon which is about an hours drive away. The staff were very friendly and helpful as they were throughout. Be aware that there are all sorts of draconian penalties for what is obviously considered unacceptable behaviors. For example: smoking - $350 fine, not cleaning up after your dog - $350, Making noise after 10pm - $350. So don't come here if you are looking for a rowdy weekend with friends where you plan to smoke weed all night. The upside of this is that it is quiet and peaceful.||The units are tight in terms of space, as one would expect. As others have mentioned, the hot water in the RV in housed in a 12 gallon tank or something which is good for a 7 minute shower we were told. I tried to take a quick shower in the tiny cubicle in the ensuite room, but the water was cold, even though we had the heater on. I think there may have been an issue with that shower as the heater is generally efficient and heats the small amount of water in the tank very fast. A better option is to walk to the reception building where there are showers with unlimited hot water. In the men's shower block there were 3 cubicles to use. This is fine but, beware that it mens a walk from your RV with towels etc. Not ideal when it is cold of course.||There is a small kitchen but honestly, you don't want to be preparing meals here if you can avoid it. We brought our won food and heating it up with minimal preparation was fine but I wouldn't want to cook a meal from scratch here. There is heating and A/C but you need to play with the controls (2 thermostats) to get the balance right. It can be cold in the late fall here so you do need that heating. There is also a nice heater (faux fire) in the kitchen.||They claim their RVs are brand new but that must have been a while ago. There were signs of wear in our unit although it was very clean. The beds are not super comfortable, simply a mattress sat on a plywood base that looked as though it had seen better days. I can sleep anywhere but the lack of comfort might be an issue for some. It's not a huge issue. ||The location is fine, just off the main highway but the surrounding scenery is pleasant if not spectacular. There is some road noise but I never found it bothersome. The RV park itself sits basically on cinders, but each unit has a small wooden deck, a couple of chairs (you can ask reception for more) and they provide a fire pit but you have to burn the wood they will sell you but it is relatively cheap. Again, I found the staff very helpful.||It was a good experience although I don't really care for this type of accommodation if I'm being honest. Just make sure you adhere to the rules. They seem serious about punshing...

DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! live here currently and I am about to pick up and move to a different country to start my family because this place is the worst place in Williams and ash fork to live but yet some how the easiest to afford. (In the old contact now it's almost 800$ a month when it was originally 568$). Yes they have internet but there is like six different wifi signals that all constantly drop signal and the management will not do anything about it, they have 8 channels on the TV and yes the bathrooms are clean but not everyday. And the fact that they have you so close to your neighbor you feel like you have to stay inside. They do have a "club house" but there is nothing to do and if you are a unwanted but a needed monthly you don't feel welcome in the club house. Half the staff treats me and my husband as if we're morons for being young and the managers wife VALERIE if the rudest person on the planet if she is older than you count on her lecturing you and acting like she KNOWS EVERYTHING!!!! It is also very expensive for what little they offer you the lot is puny and if some one puts there belongings on your lot you get told not to move it because it is private property. They have half the monthly residents working in the office for free rent and some like daina and David are theves but because Valerie is such good friends with daina she gets away with everything even her husband David almost beating a 19 year old maintenance man. They have children running in the road and they even walk up to your car and won't move, the kids even stay out till 9 or 10 at night with OUT adult supervision. The management will also tell you to be courteous to the other residents but the minute I asked to have the neighbor next to me to quite down I was in the wrong my husband works nights right across the street at loves so he should be able to sleep till 10:45 but the neighbors can party till 10 and we are still told to be courteous. You can have mail stolen. And if you have no proof then nothing is done about it. One time my dogs accidentally broke loose from my trailer and as I was walking up to it I saw my dogs they got excited and ran to me then they saw david and dainas dog tied up out side there tailer and befor I could grab ahold of my dogs scruff they ran over to this dog. The dog started to attack and hurt my very old and sweet black lab and I ran over to grab Ann (my dog) and take her home before things escalated. Well as soon as I grabbed Ann's collar there dog bit me. When I reported it to Valerie she said it was my fault. Two of the maintenance crew (Alex and Patrick) have been bit by this dog and this couple are just now being forced to leave after they had stolen 200$ from a customer(today is 05/31/17). Half the time you go to the office and no...

Please do not book here! My friend and I were traveling with our kids from CT and CA for a visit to the Grand Canyon. We were excited for a glamping experience for our kids, and this was the most expensive stay of our trip. We had 2 adults, 3 children in our party, and booked a premium camper with two bedrooms and a "twin futon." The futon turned out to be too small to fit any of the kids, probably no human bigger than preschooler could stretch out on it. One of our sons, 12 years old, took one for the team and curled up into a ball and tried to sleep. Unfortunately within a few minutes he was suffering with allergies, and struggled to sleep all night. 3 out of 5 of us got scratchy throats and stuffy noses, and had rough nights of sleep. I thought it might have been a cleaning product, but in retrospect I think that people must use the "twin" futon as a dog bed, and then the room was not properly cleaned. The manager told me that different units are cleaned differently because the housekeepers bring their own cleaning products. We tried airing out the camper during the day, but when we got back from the Grand Canyon, the allergy situation was the same. Even though we spent so much money (including hidden fees for an extra person, plus cleaning, plus new taxes?) and paid the resort directly, we were told that nothing could be done to help offset the cost of having to move to a local hotel for the night. The manager was hard to get a hold of, would not call back, and told me that Expedia was the only one that could refund us. The staff tried to blame us for having pet allergies, but we moved to another pet friendly hotel and it was no problem for any of us. Of course, after several calls to Expedia, they said that Grand Canyon RV Glamping was the only one who could refund us, and they refused to. And honestly, I didn't pay Expedia, I feel it was the resort's responsibility. There's a little dirty and then there's the health and well being of their guests, especially children. I can honestly say I have never left a hotel, motel, Airbnb, campsite, or anything else early. I am not at all hard to please, but this is an unethical business and you need to stay away! There was a positive- the staff were kind and waited for us to arrive late. Unfortunately, this place is just not worth the money. If management decides to respond and give a story discrediting my review, please research for yourself. I've never gone online to give anything but 5 stars, I just want to save others their money and make sure families have a better vacation than we did. The poor kids were exhausted from...
