DON'T GET CATFISHED if you think you're getting a good deal but instead get something else. Short story: came in at 6:06pm and 40 minutes later was told they ran out of catfish which they supposedly served at 6pm with only a handful of tables. 😂 Food: Had the $19.99 AYCE catfish. The first order took 30 minutes to arrive and consisted of 5 small pieces that barely cover the plate. Second order: was told they had run out and no excuse or attempt from the server Lezly to offer a replacement until a manager was called. Food was nothing to write home as the breading was tasteless and the cod replacement was more heavily breaded Service: The table next to me had the same thing happen and that’s at 6:30pm. The manager was barely apologetic and only offered to replace catfish with cod, which didn’t taste as good and wasn’t prepared as well. I got one more order of cod and each time the wait was about 15 minutes despite the dining room serving less than 8 people. I had to go to the front myself to pay as it had been 1.5 hours since I sat down and neither the server nor the manager came to check on me. When I presented a coupon from the hotel, Lezly didn’t know how to process it, nor did 2 or her colleagues. A more helpful server taught them how to. When paying cash, Lezly has the audacity of asking if I wanted my change back. You can guess that it wasn’t going to go towards tipping. Atmosphere: while waiting, I had plenty of time to look around the big military flags on display in the dining room and they were more noticeable than any "rodeo" touches they put up. A previous comment indicates that there’s been a change of management, so perhaps the latter just added the flags to the top of the walls to avoid repositioning the older far west-themed decisions decorations. A great example of total customer service failure. Facilities : There’s large gap in one of the men’s bathtub stall

This restaurant was included as lunch during our Grand Canyon Tour and we returned for dinner on the way back (optional). The establishment was spacious and clean and the staff were hurried but accommodating. The lunch buffet was a single island with salad, soup, rice, pork in a bbq sauce? Mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, baked chicken, garlic toast, jello, and some type of marble cake on the end. The food wasn't "nasty" just basic & not the type of "buffet" that we expected. Buffet style set-up, but not really much to choose from. We returned that evening after the tour for Dinner. We both chose burgers & fries. Well, for $7.95 + drink purchase and it being dinner time, I expected more on my plate. I wasn't hungry when I left, but I wasn't "satisfied" either. Another party ordered the same meal and their plates were heaping (probably because they had a much longer wait maybe?)..None the less, would I reccomend? NO based off of our experience and what we expect of a "buffet" and "dinner/'meal ". This was definitely more of a quick meal at a friend's house than a restaurant feel.

It started to snow late night and things weren't looking so good. I pulled into the Ramada and the next day, I had breakfast and dinner here. I came with low expectations based on what I read in the reviews but I had a pleasant time. I was surprised with the garlic mashed potatoes, fries, and ranch. Really good and you could tell was home made. For breakfast, their French toast was lovely. Service was good and prompt. Its not a restaurant I would go out of my way to come to, but the convenience of it being inside the hotel comes in handy when weather conditions are terrible and also for any pregnant moms/elderly folks out there. You don't have to drive to it or leave the hotel. What normally I would have ranked 4 stars for, I give it 5, for honoring our U.S. Veterans and for the convenience of it being in the hotel, for good food, and friendly prompt service.

Placed a to-go order. I was told it would be about 15minutes, no problem. No one called a name, called out for to-go order. I was sitting in the dining room. 30minutes later, I got up and asked about my order. It had been ready, sitting off to the side. No worries, at least it was done. I had to go back a first time due to missing items (toast). Then had to go back a second time due to mushrooms being placed in the skillet ordered, despite them not being added and not being on the menu description. When I let the staff know that the skillet had mushrooms and I'm allergic to mushrooms, the younger man working was very apologetic and concerned, asked if I had eaten it, and offered to have it remade. The older woman working tried to argue with me that it came with mushrooms, saying "that's just how the cook makes it". Despite it not even being on the menu description they have printed out. Completely unprofessional. I understand being short staffed and having crazy mornings. I work restaurant management, I really do understand. But an argumentative approach to customers, when the staff had missed items and made dishes wrong, is not a good look on the establishment as a whole. They're extremely lucky the food wasn't eaten and I didn't have an allergic reaction to the mushrooms. That is a huge healthy & safety liability (not to mention legal liability) to be adding ingredients (especially allergens) to dishes without...

Let me start with, I would eat here again. I just think for the newer team running the place, they aren't to the point of service to warrant the prices they charge. The staff was very friendly & aimed to please & the food we had at two meals was really good. However, when you pay this much for a steak, it ought to come with at least one side. We had Fish Fry first & it was super crispy on the outside, not dry on the inside. The batter maybe lacked some seasoning but salt helped that. The fries were homemade & tasted fine but looked like they were cooked in older oil maybe? The garlic wings were delicious, hot wings are similar to Red Hot flavoring w/ a strong vinegar base. The Filet Mignon cooked with a Char crust was really good, but would've enjoyed a small side with it. That cost extra. The Chicken Fried Steak was good, albeit a little thinner/crispier than I expected. The baked potato was a little dry but a hefty sized one. We waited a long time for one of our meals when the restaurant was virtually empty. Thinking the team was short-staffed for our weekend visit. Lots of potential at this place & like I said, would eat here again. Just think the prices are a little steep at this time. Hopefully they can add some good people to their...
