Old Trails True Value and Pat saved my first trip to the Grand Canyon! My SUV experiences a shattered rear window on our way, there was no possibility of getting it replaced until Monday or Tuesday, our only hope was covering it up somehow. Pat not only recommended the plastic and all weather duct tape to use, he measured the window to ensure we got the correct size. AND he helped us two old ladies apply the plastic! I've had some pretty good help at this store. They have some very knowledgeable staff members that have been able to help me find some pretty odd ball items. A little pricey on some items, reasonable on others, is what it is. Unfortunately, at the moment, it is much easier to just go to the store and find out about their stock than call. Their new cashiers are learning though, and they are trying, so kudos 👍. We all use different words for some of the same items, especially me being from the east coast, colloquial language...

Nice huge building with lots of items. Being Williams is such a small town was really impressed with the size of this place. The staff were really helpful and curious and had nothing but good comments on my project which gave me confidence of it going smoothly. Recommend this place to everyone in the Ash Fork area much better than going to seligman for hardware needs. Plus the prices were fair which is rare being so far away...
