Will this location give you a place to lay your head for the night? Absolutely! Will it be a comfortable place that feels like home? Not at all! We were hoping for a cute little spot where we could see the stars and getting a little sleep before heading back to Phoenix the next morning. The pictures do not show the real settings, unfortunately. You have Loves Travel Stop on one side of this RV park and the interstate on the other side of the park. Extremely disappointing location to say the least. Star gazing would not be something you'd be doing here with all of the surrounding lights. The RV itself was just average. It was clean, I'll give it that. The beds were super uncomfortable and at the very least, they could indulge in decent pillows and blankets. The heat was set to 75 all night (which is what staff had it set to when we arrived) and we froze all night long! In all fairness, we could have requested space heaters from management though. The smell of propane throughout the unit was awful!! Each time someone would walk from one of the camper to the other, the entire camper would shake. The internet was non existent. We attempted to access our Netflix account (as you can tell in our picture) but never had success. They did tell us in advance that the internet may not have a strong signal though. It didn't feel very steady, that's for sure! They did have everything you would need for an overnight stay though including dishes, silverware, towels, ect. It worked for a place to rest our heads but was uncomfortable enough that we stayed merely 12 hours and bailed out earlier than anticipated! Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay!

Loved it! It was our first time staying in an RV and we were thoroughly impressed. It was a 2 bedroom luxury one. Fully stocked with everything you would need except for food. Firepit was included as well as a propane barbecue. We spent 2 nights here and they were just wonderful. We were not aware that some RVs are positioned behind others so if you're looking for the whole, out in the open air feel I'd request an RV on the outer edge, facing the field. We just happened to luck out and got one in a perfect spot. Showers must remain short because the hot water does not last very long, but they do have communal showers and restrooms you can use with unlimited hot water. Dogs are allowed too, but must be leashed at all times. Great place to stay with kids in my opinion. Ours enjoyed themselves a lot. Note: I realized I didn't take any pictures of the inside as we spent most of our stay outdoors, but you can take my word for it that it was as nice as it can be for an RV! 2 separate rooms with queen beds in each one. Bathroom. Kitchenette and table to eat on (Not sleep on.) A little couch too with a TV and DVD player. Very cozy and comfy.

Positives - receptionist during the office hours was helpful and check in was very straightforward. Negatives - and let me preface - I grew up glamping for years in an RV from the 80s. This place unfortunately was not as advertised and a far cry from glamping. We paid over $200 Canadian per night ($120USD-ish) over the Easter long weekend and we would have been better going to a Super8. Our unit was not as advertised. Foremost the beds are shown to come with a comforter and plush pillows. Ours unfortunately came with thin pillows (like a quarter inch thick) and the only blankets provided were thin fleece blankets. The mattress was also terrible. To add more - this place is between two gas stations with a view of a highway in the distance - that's not what is shown. The Wi-Fi was also non existent and regardless of what reasons they provided for it, our phones on roaming had consistent 5G and other places we visited in town had consistent Wi-Fi. Our unit also had mouse poop in the drawers. Perhaps I wouldn't have cared if I paid a quarter of the price to stay here, but this was a far call from glamping.

We just spent 3 nights here. The location was great. Close to restaurants and the nice Williams downtown area which also has a grocery store.. Activities for all ages. RV was ok for 3 nights. Our heater never came on after I had someone down to look at it. There was a space heater and also the electric fireplace put heat out so we made it through. The oven never worked. I left messages with the office to let them know. They said they came down but I have two little yippie dogs that would have alerted me. Regardless they never followed up with heater or the oven. Air conditioner in bedroom had a sign on it that said "do not use".So basically during sun up the bedroom was not useable without sweltering. Bedding was a thin cheap blanket. No comforters like shown in the pictures. This did not feel like "glamping" in anyway. I highly suggest that you bring your own linens. NOTE if you have dogs: they charge 20 bucks per pet per night. The thing that got me is there was pet damage and stains all throughout our RV. It seemed as though they gave us a "dog RV". For 120 bucks for 2 dogs for 3 days you would think they would use it to repair damage and replace the small amount of carpeting in the bedroom. It was disgusting with dog urine stains all over it. It was so bad our dogs were rubbing their backs on it like it was a dead animal. The sofa bed also did not work. if we were aiming for more people staying this would have been an issue, though it would have been nice to use it to watch television at night. Which by the way I had to use my phone for a hotspot because the WiFi was pretty much non-existent. They did not enforce the leash policy. There was a little girl walking around with an unleashed pit bull. She obviously would not have been able to control the dog if needed. Customer service- was shoddy. Again they never followed up with heater or oven. The overall impression I got from the woman there was we were a bother to them. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. All this being said I would not...

If I could give this place a big fat ZERO I would. I originally saw this place on the news and decided to make a reservation. The website shows the RV park location as secluded, however it’s between a truck stop and gas station just 300 yard off the I40 Freeway. Upon arrival the RV had no power and was extremely hot inside. We spoke to office staff and they explained that the power should have been on as well the AC. We decided to walk the park while office staff rectified the issues. After several attempts to get the power on and an hour later with no success. We were originally told they were fully booked and there were no other units available and they were going to try to fix our unit. At that point we were not really comfortable staying. After some time they magically had “two” other emergency units available however the bathroom was not functioning and the other one would be excessively warmer due to direct sunlight. Both were not equivalent to what we paid for. We told them how unhappy we were and would return in the morning to talk to the manager. I spoke to Maci, the manager the next morning and was told I abandoned my reservation and would not receive a refund. I asked if rescheduling my reservation at another time was an option and was told no. The manager was not helpful or empathetic to my situation. I asked to speak to “her” manager and she declined. She explained that she reports to the owners and they do not take customers calls/complaints. She also explained that this has happened in the past with other visitors and that no matter what happens the owners don’t care to address these complaints. I highly recommend NOBODY stays at...
