Beware any hotels such as this one while using Priceline. These places thrive on deceiving customers into funds if the customer isn't satisfied with the hotel's accomodations. I paid for two nights to this hotel booked on the same day. The manager of this establishment is rude. The rooms are worn down and filthy. Mostly all of the rooms listed on priceline.com are discounted because they give you the rooms that are run down first. I've seen prejudice and it's absolutely nauseating that customer service isn't what it used to be. I contacted the BBB about Priceline. I still had to pay for another hotel using Expedia tonight while Priceline charged me 116 for two nights to this hotel I will not stay at and shouldn't be forced to do so due to this hotels lack of customer service. Your a hotel, you people wouldn't need a third party if you took care of your hotel for the customers that pay and keep you there. No services rendered and you still get to keep my money under the false guise your service is up to par. You are stealing from people while falsely advertising customer care. Disgusting! Shame on you! And shame on Priceline! Won't ever be using Priceline or booking.com. I don't recommend the apps either. Oh! I worked front desk. The hotel can change the prices within those third party websites. After I paid for two nights they went down over ten dollars for Tonight. While I paid 52 dollars for Tonight that I'm not staying. They priced their hotel at 39 tonight after I paid. I screenshot the after price.. This shows you Priceline isn't even about given you the customer a deal when the prices can be lowered after you pay full price. I called this hotel directly. They don't give a hell about customer service, hair on your bed, towels, toe nails under the sheets, sticky microwave handles, stains on floors. No refunds you must succomb to our nasty unclean ways or we take your money anyway. Don't stay here if you need cleanliness or good customer care.

This was the worst hotel experience ever! If you value your life/ health and those of your loved ones then don’t stay at this dirt hole. The hotel is lucky to get one star. Let me list the horrors. 1. While I called trying to book an early check in, the receptionist hung up on me 4 times! Then, when I called back she yelled at me saying I would be charged an extra $30. 2. The ice machine did not work. 3. The TV in my room did not work. 4. Everything in the room had a layer of dust on it. 5. There was a man’s “sex/startling” hand mark on the head board. 6. None of the “security card readers” worked - therefore, no security 7. There was so much dust build up on the walls that people had written wash me in the dust. 8. The ironing board was moldy. 9. I stood alone at the front desk for 10 minutes before an attendant came out to help. I complained to the housekeeper and her response was “please don’t tell my boss because I will loose my job” I complained to the manager and his response was “I’ll give you 20% off” I brought the mess to the manager/ owner’s attention and my complaint fell on deft ears. I asked the manager if he was ashamed of his place and gleefully he said he was very proud! Shame!

I feel like this is a very nice hotel for the price and is located walking distance from all of the dining and shopping of the Grand Canyon railway station and route 66. It was fantastic to watch the snow fall as we swam in the indoor pool. There is no continental breakfast being offered despite being listed as an amenity due to COVID. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is some minor visual blemishes in need of repair. The doors to the main entrances have broken looking locks but I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay there again. Tou can't beat it for the price. There is limited parking.

Where do I start? Upon entering the hotel we were greeted with a musty smell mixed with some sort of food that had been cooking, and we arrived shortly after 10 PM. The pictures are very deceiving, the rooms were somewhat clean and had that same musty old smell. We were told when we checked and that the hot breakfast had been canceled due to Covid, completely understandable. They did tell us that we would get a choice of donuts and muffins in the morning along with coffee and juice. That sounded great. The next morning we woke up and headed down to get some donuts and muffins where I saw an employee unwrapping what looked to be Little Debbie snacks, barely enough coffee to fill a cup, and juice that was so watered down I would say it was flavored water. Additionally my husband went to find a vending machine for drinks and water which was almost completely empty and no water anywhere. Anyway I told myself that it was only two nights and we went about our day. The first night it was so hot in the room, and the heater/cooler didn’t work at all. The second night we called someone in and they were unable to get it to work and we had to sleep with the window open. My son was so excited because of the indoor pool upon entering the pool area it was filled with what I can only assume to be friends of the management, who were going in and out of the kitchen area retrieving snacks and donuts and muffins (long after breakfast hours) to eat inside of the pool area regardless of the sign that was posted saying that food and drink were not allowed. As I sat down into the indoor Jacuzzi, I felt some thing at my feet, and as I inspected, there was sand and rocks at the bottom of the indoor Jacuzzi. Both nights that we stayed there and I immediately got migraines as soon as I entered into the hotel, and they didn’t go away until I left the hotel for some time. The second night we woke up packed up, went to go get the Little Debbie snacks for breakfast which there was none left even though we were still within the timeframe for breakfast. Not even coffee. We went back to our room, to pack up and as we finished packing up I noticed as clear as day, a bedbug crawling on the sheets of the bed me and my daughter had slept in the night before. We called management and they came right away and started looking in all the usual places for bedbugs. No apologies no discounts on the room that we paid over $100 a night for, zero accommodations, and ruined our family vacation. Will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay...

wifi doesn’t work, no breakfast, very uncomfortable bed, dusty room, holes/rips in the sheet and curtains, they keep a photo copy of your card on file.

I was most shocked when I went to check in and they advised they’d be taking a photo copy of my license and credit card. They said they’d keep it on file for a month then shred it. I’ve never had this done anywhere else. I have no way to know that my information is being stored somewhere secure and that they’ll truly destroy it in a month. I was very hesitant to stay at first but it was getting late and I had nowhere else to go and didn’t want to lose my money from paying online. In regards to breakfast, I’ve been to other hotels that have opened breakfast back up to more than a prepackaged muffin and coffee. So still blaming Covid feels like an excuse. They also did not tell us that “breakfast” ended at 9. So imagine my surprise when I showed up for my muffin and was told “breakfast ended at 9”. I always inspect a room for cleanliness and bugs. Fortunately, no bugs. However, the huge headboard was covered in dust on both the top and part facing out. The sheet had a hole in it right where I peeled back the covers. I usually look most forward to the bed so it was a huge disappointment that this one felt like a board with springs under it. It was a huge king bed with 4 tiny pillows. The standard pillows I have at home are larger. I woke up with neck and shoulder pain from sleeping so terribly. The curtains had 2 rather large tears in them. I tried to move the TV so I could see it from the table but it appears to be attached to the dresser. The note on the TV suggests they have an issue with people stealing their TVs. I do not recommend this...
