Carreta El Asadero — Restaurant in Williams

I want to start off by saying I have been very fortunate to try Mexican food everywhere (NC, WA, TX, CA, GA, FL, IL, OR, CO, DEU, MX).

This is BY FAR one of the best Mexican restaurants my family and I have had the pleasure of eating at. My 14yo had 4 asada tacos and my 10yo had an asada quesadilla. The meat portions were amazing and it was seasoned perfectly. I had two cabeza tacos. The meat was flavorful and tender and not greasy at all. I also had two chorizo tacos, and one al pastor. My wife had the Birria burrito which came with fries. Everything was very delightful and amazing. Our favorite was the asada (everything) followed by the chorizo (very close second), cabeza, al pastor and finally the birria (nothing wrong with it, just REALLY enjoyed everything else a little more).

WOW! It was so good we were talking about it the next day! We ate here on thanksgiving. I would ate these tacos than thanksgiving turkey any day!

I’m Hispanic and I have to say this has been the most juiciest and most tender carne asada I’ve ever tried.

I’ll best honest I’m jealous they are so far from DFW because they would have so much business over here. This town already knows they are the best.

They were not greedy on their portions either. (For the first ever) I actually had to take meat out of my taco to be able to eat it. The burritos were way better and chipotle. They were so big and hearty they could feed two regular small sized people (If you aren’t starving) because you might just want a whole one for yourself.

Real Mexican food!!! Going home to Long Beach from Sedona! We found this gem in Williams, AZ!!! My son got the lengua burrito and it was amazing! The flavor on the lengua itself was on point! My 11 year old got the quesadilla de asada with fries and man!!!! It was fire! We're a family that shares so we tried each other's food. My wife got the asada torta!!! You cannot go wrong! These guys don't miss! I jokingly asked if they had menudo, knowing it was Monday (Memorial day) and they only offer it Sat and Sun. Then said they had it, so I had to have it.
