Munis Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bukhara City

They keep changing name of their hotel , we got a message a few days after booking that the name of hotel was changed , sometimes it becomes hotel munis at lyabi hauz , sometimes munis boutique hotel , sometime munis hotel , we thought its ok as long as its the same place , we had booked this hotel months ago , a triple room , for our supposed stay for 2 nites in mid October , but this hotel cancelled our booking n said they could not give us a room as they were over booked . No alternate place was given us to stay , this was extremely unethical, unprofessional and disappointing on part of business , this is not how u run a hotel , poorly run business ,as we had to quickly look for an alternate stay at a much higher price , v...

An absolutely excellent hotel to stay in, it's modern, clean and is in the best location you could ask for. It is slab bank in the central square of the old buhara city with all the historical buildings around it and with a short 10 minute walk to the actual old historic most complex and towers. You will not need to catch a taxi to go anywhere around the centre of bokara because of where this hotel is, everything is within walking distance and always just a few minutes away.

Even the walk to 'The Plov' restaurant, Which is a renowned plov of restaurant for serving the best plov in the city is only a 20-minute walk away or around a kilometre. You could walk here quite easily if you're in the mood otherwise you could catch a taxi but you get to see a lot...

Non apprezzo i disonesti. Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel, da martedì 17 a giovedì 19. Purtroppo però, solo al pomeriggio di giovedì mi rendo conto di aver dimenticato un braccialetto in albergo, precisamente nel bagno della camera 4. Ormai lontana da Bukhara, chiamo per spiegare l’accaduto e dall’altra parte mi dicono che avrebbero domandato alla persona delle pulizie la mattina dopo, per poi richiamarmi subito. Ovviamente la mattina successiva non ricevo telefonate, quindi chiamo io: come mi aspettavo, nessuna traccia del braccialetto. So che, in primis, avrei dovuto prestare io una maggiore attenzione, ma questo non giustifica l’albergo. La sera prima infatti, in mancanza di qualcosa dove poter appoggiare i vestiti e fare la doccia, ho messo il braccialetto dal pulsante del water e lì l’ho lasciato. Non è una dimenticanza quindi relativa a dove ho lasciato il braccialetto, quanto una dimenticanza nel riprenderlo dopo essermelo tolta per fare la doccia. Questo braccialetto non ha un valore economico, ma solo puramente affettivo. Non mi piace quindi puntare il dito, ma purtroppo, anche a causa del disinteressamento dell’albergo, credo di non poter definire queste persone e chi ci lavora in modo positivo. Ad ulteriore sostegno di quanto detto, la sera prima la mia compagna di stanza nota il mio braccialetto allo stesso posto, proprio sopra il water… convinta che lo riprendessi, non mi aveva detto nulla. Purtroppo ormai è andata così, ma almeno adesso posso suggerire di evitare questo posto.
