We enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. I arrived in Bukhara on the last train from Samarkand really late on a very cold winter night. It turned out that I booked for a wrong night. Despite my late night unannounced show-up past 11pm, the staff welcomed me with arms wide open as if welcoming back a family member! They asked how my trip was and if I would need anything (I badly needed a phone charger). ||||The courtyard is very special and the drawing room decor is gorgeous. The room was basic, but has all you need and well cared and super clean. Rashid (a receptionist) kindly explained the history of the property and the interior decor carving (influenced by some Jewish tradition). ||||The hotel is located in the center of the historic sites and you can walk to all the major places you may want to visit in Bukhara. An authentic old style small hotel with simple yet original interior. We stayed here with kids, a family of four, and were pleasantly impressed with the hospitality of the owner Rashid. The attention given was very personal and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly comfortable.
