Khiva Muhammadali — Hotel in Khiva

We stayed at Muhammadali guesthouse for two nights. Our stay was super, nothing to complain. Room was clean and toilet as well. Big shower and soap available. Room was very silent during the night. Indeed, The position of the guesthouse was perfect for us, inside the old khiva wall but not too close to touristy places, so it was very quiet. All the people at the guest house were nice and treated us very well. Breakfast was very rich. The stay has a great value for money for sure. Also, the guesthouse people found us a driver to go to Bukhara after 2 days in khiva and since we would like to depart early in the morning, they prepared a box with breakfast to take away. We were super satisfied by the experience. Worth mention that they took our reservation through WhatsApp contact, by-passing booking.com which I asked personally to not use it for...

We stayed in one of the private rooms with its own bathroom. The room was nicely presented and clean. We had no issues with the linen or towels. The shower had a drainage issue when you showered and water would build up (it drains slowly once the shower is no longer utilised) and a bit of a smell in the bathroom.

The location is near the North gate and is excellent. Walking distance to all you need to see.

The owners are also very nice and some speak a little bit of English to assist with check in / departure / breakfast etc.

Value seemed reasonable. We would recommend...

Spent three nights here in July 2023. Everything is spotless: room,bathroom,beds. There's working A/C. The lady and her family at the reception are very kind and professional. Breakfast is served in a yurt outside, everything is fresh and tasty,there's both sweet and salty options. Amazing place,will gladly come back...
