The ‘masterclass’ about bread making took in total 15 minutes. After entering the restaurant, you will be seated at a restaurant table close to the kitchen door. A served will place a bowl with flour, yeast and salt on the table. A lady from the kitchen then appears, asks you to knead, and after 5 minutes, return with rested though she prepared earlier. The food was excellent, with a variety of vegetarian options available. I tried cauliflower salad, mushroom cream soup, and Shivit Oshi (specially made vegetarian for me)—everything was delicious and well-prepared.
The staff was incredibly polite and multilingual, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The owner was an interesting and knowledgeable person, and I had a long conversation with him about Indian movies and regional history, which made my visit even more memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone...

All this wouldn't have been too bad as it wasn't also the most expensive meal we've had...
