I can't believe this hotel has so many positive reviews. It make me thing that people in general want to look like they're happy with whatever they get. Everything sucks in this hotel. You can't handle a WhatsApp conversation with the poor wi-fi they provide. The room does not have any sort of furniture besides the bed and bedside tables. Not a desk, a chair or something where to put your suitcase on when you take your belongings out of it. There were no drowers in my room.. The window has never been open or with the curtain open because it gives on a 6 floor filthy building wall that is 3 feet away from the window. Just a trick to show a room with a window that is not usable at all but they can charge more $$$ for it. I have been waiting for hot water for 5 minutes once in the shower and I finally figured out there's a wall switch designated to the water heater. No label and no one turned it on since I checked in. Waited for water to warm up and I could finally take a shower. The bathroom door is always in the way because it doesn't latch close and kept hitting my back while I was using the sink. The sink bowl is ridiculously big that there's no room left where to keep your bathroom belongings. There were soaking wet almost naked very loud kids running down the stairs for the thrill of taking a elevator ride on the way up. That happened continuously during all 5 nights I've been there. Up to 12:30am. No one you could have asked help from the reception because there was no one at night. One morning I informed the hotel manager about what happened at night and with a smile on his face he said "ah... that's the family room!" like saying... "why are you complaining? That's the family room. What were you expecting instead?". I'll rather stay at "Sea near me Hotel" that was super good in everything and for half the price, by the way. And that's a 4☆ hotel instead of a 3 ☆. Definitely...
Read moreAfter spending hours searching on countless booking sites, this one sounded the best even though it had the least reviews.
The frustrating part about booking hotels and reading reviews is when the reviews on the booking site and Google don't match up.
I literally booked this place the night before flying into Da Nang and because I wasn't sure I could still trust reviews, I only booked 2 night.
When I arrived, the room was amazing. I actually couldn't believe it for the price. I was on top floor with a balcony and the location is perfect, literally in the main area, the beach is around the corner and the room was big and spacious.
Because I liked it so much, I wanted to extend the same room for the rest of the trip, but it was fully booked.
But after speaking to the very kind receptionist Thu Ba (who's english is very good) she moved me into another room and then back to the same room after a couple of nights.
She was very helpful!
As I had also looked after places close by, I went in to check their rooms, and I must say, they were all pretty run down and didn't look anything like the photos.
Overall I stayed here for 2 weeks. As an digital nomad, it was a great price, bright room with ac and hot water.
Highly...
Read moreI booked this hotel today, 26th February 2025, on Booking.com. But when I arrived, they informed me that their hotel is full and I should cancel my booking online. I explained there is no refund option. They say they can not cancel either. I asked them why they advertise on Booking.com and take my payment if they do not have a room. They could not explain. I'm still waiting in the lobby as they can not give me my money back either. They say it is held by some agent, after waiting 45 minutes or so they were able to cancel my...
