Really bad service!!

No "Do Not Disturb" signs, so every morning there's a knock on your door followed by someone shouting "HOUSEKEEPING!"—and then they just walk right in. I told the receptionist I never wanted cleaners in my room, and guess what? Next morning, same knock, same shout, same walk-in... WHILE I WAS SLEEPING! What a joke. How is this even acceptable?!

Second problem - Unfriendly disinterested staff with bad attitudes! Didn't even acknowledge me when i gave back my key to check out. It feels like they are annoyed that you are even there! Weird vibe.

My friend was ‏staying in another room but ‏he had to leave the hotel because the internet wasn't working and the staff didn't care ‏when he asked them for help.

I hope the owner sees this! I try to never leave bad reviews but this place needs...

Duy Tung Hotel is great! I loved my stay. I planned to stay for only one night but extended it for two more because the hotel is very clean. They clean the room and change towels daily. They were excellent about my request not to use strong cleaning sprays because of my allergy.The staff is wonderful, especially Hien. She was very helpful and even let me check in early. She helped with everything from check-in to check-out, and with laundry. As a Filipino, I really missed Jollibee. Hien helped me order it online with my coupons! It was easy because she used to work at Jollibee and knows it well. I highly recommend this affordable hotel. The service is excellent, and it's very close to My Khe Beach. I will definitely return...
