There is not enough good things I can say about this hotel. The great customer service started even before I arrived for my stay. The hotel emailed me several weeks before I arrived to ask if I wanted to book a rental car from the airport to the hotel. They were communicative from the start!
When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely friendly and warm. She provided some amazing suggestions of places I should consider visiting and how the hotel could assist with me getting there. Honestly, though, all the staff I interacted with were warm and helpful. The breakfast was lovely each morning, and the pool was very nice. The room was comfortable, clean, and space. Plus, the hotel is only a five minute walk from the beach! Which is amazing.
I did request a car to go to Marble Mountain and Hoi An, and the same receptionist (I wish I could recall her name, because she was just lovely but so was the rest of the staff), suggested I go to Hoi An at night because it was the most beautiful then. The day I went, the car was timely and drove me to Marble Mountain, waited an hour, and then Hoi An, and then waited another 2.5 hours while I explored. I felt very safe, but as a precaution, a receptionist of the hotel made sure to give my the hotel number so I could call if I needed anything at all.
When I checked out, they asked how my stay was, and pressed whether anything at all made me dissatisfied. If pressed, the only thing was the loudness of the construction going on down the street. However, that is not something they can control and everything else was speculator and outshone the small inconvenience of the noise.
I would definitely recommend staying there if you are in Da Nang! It was one of the best...
Read moreThe location of this hotel is undeniably amazing, with My Khe Beach just 200-300 meters away. However, apart from the favorable location, my stay at the hotel was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, we encountered significant difficulties in communicating with the staff, which immediately created a sense of frustration. After a short wait, we were escorted to our rooms, only to find that they did not match the description in our booking. The room was cramped, lacking a window, and had visible signs of mold. The overall condition of the room was questionable, and the outdated and poorly maintained washroom added to our disappointment.
The lack of soundproofing became evident as we struggled to get some sleep. The noise from other hotel residents echoed throughout the hallway, making it nearly impossible to relax. Additionally, the presence of mold in the room caused breathing issues, further diminishing our comfort. Fortunately, our stay was limited to just one day.
To make matters worse, the breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The lack of proper naming and labeling for the dishes left us clueless about what we were about to eat. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant area was questionable, and we even witnessed guests tasting jams directly from the serving spoons, indicating a lack of hygiene.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. While the location may be enticing, the overall quality of the rooms, noise disturbances, and subpar breakfast experience make it an unfavorable choice for a...
Read moreIn 4 months I visited more than fifteen hotels in Vietnam. And therefore I have something to compare with. In fact, everything is old. In the hotel questionnaire it was stated "newly renovated" and the like. In fact, everything that can be old in the room is old. There is no individual air conditioning, the area of the room is small. I suspect that they gave me the wrong room at all, since I ordered a superior double room. I don’t know how it is improved, it doesn’t even have windows (this is not stated anywhere). The whole hotel has a strong smell of mold and moisture. My washed clothes smelled of this smell. When you wash, the water does not flow into the drain, but floats towards the room and the toilet. You have to stand to shave or pee in a puddle. The second point is breakfast. Yes, for a European tourist - it’s okay, it’s cheap and also with breakfast. But I will compare this price category in Vietnam. The photos of the Swedish breakfast do not correspond to reality, but It was after looking at them that I chose this hotel (it's good that it was for one night). I rarely write anything negative, but here... I was offended that I ended up here, in the worst (for this money) hotel. But on the sites, the hotel disguises itself well as a modern and comfortable one. This is all wrong. Respect to the reception service - everything is positive, correct, there are no questions for them, only...
