Le House Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Terrible hotel. During my stay my things were damaged. During the cleaning of the room the staff broke my electric toothbrush and no one compensated me for this damage. When I asked who was responsible for this, a lot of stuff members came and everyone started to deny fact af damage and pretend that nothing happened, moreover some of them just stood and laughed at this situation. No one is interested in helping to resolve any problem. They simply don't care. I also noticed that they touched my phone and camera, which I left on the nightstand. So do not leave your things here when you leave the room. The room is very worn out, the furniture is shabby and broken in places. Also, I was not warned that there was renovation and construction. From 7 am every day you can hear a hammer drill and a drill. There is a terrible noise. And until 1 am you can hear noise and loud music/karaoke from the street. I could not get a good night's sleep in this hotel. There is no soundproofing. Hot water in the shower appears only after about 10 minutes of waiting. The elevator does not go to the G floor, be prepared to drag your suitcase to the reception on your own. Overall, this is a terrible hotel that is worth a maximum of one star. I recommend looking for better options, there are definitely some...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le House Boutique in Da Nang, Vietnam and I must say, it was a wonderful experience.
