Cheating Hotel. This not Pansy Beach Dana Hotel which was marked newly built, this is an very outdated Flower Hotel. 33-34 Do Ba/Duong Do Ba, Da Nang
During my search on Agoda, it show this hotel with the name Pansy Beach Dana and the "newly built" mark on the advertiser. I believed that this is new hotel and decided to book 3 rooms with the price ~ 2mil VND (80$)/room/night. The pictures on the app were very nice, but you know what I and my family were provided was terrible. I feel I was cheating. When I arrived for check in, I realized this is actually Flower Hotel which I used to stay before and guess what? It's too old with the service that's not worth my money. The room size is okay, but the facilities in the room is very outdated to sell with that price, the room was not inspected before check in, nothing is belong to Pansy Hotel, but Flower Hotel. I thought the owner changed the name on website/booking apps and mark new hotel to cheat their...
Read moreDisappointing and Gross. As stated in other reviews the photos they’ve listed online are far from what it actually is. Room has a musty smell, very cheap rough towels and reusable plastic slippers. To be fair if you’re exploring all day and just need a place to leave your belongings, sleep and shower this may be the ideal stay but even the toilet was gross. Offering quarter filled bottles of shampoo and body wash, the shower head had soap scum build up. The bathroom also had no safety railings, my mum is much older and having to step up and down the bathtub to shower is such a falling hazard. I also paid for two rooms with partial ocean views and the only view was buildings from our windows. Lastly there was a dead baby lizard in my room for the entire 4 days I was there, they obviously do the bare minimum of a clean. Would not...

I had booked a room for three guests, but upon our late-night arrival, we were provided with only two pillows. I approached the front desk to request an additional pillow and towel. What followed was highly unprofessional and unacceptable: the front desk staff, after glancing to check if I was watching, proceeded to give me the pillow he had been using himself.
This behavior is not only unhygienic, but also completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. It showed a lack of preparedness for accommodating the number of guests booked and a disregard for basic hygiene and...
