THE BEST!!! To the owner: if you will put a large sign outside saying you have breakfast starting at 69k, there will be a lot more customers 🙂

I’ve discovered this place by accident, and I definitely did not expect such a great breakfast selection at a butcher place. Some foods aren’t great, like their burgers have gristle/cartilage in the meat, and I’m pretty sure most foreigners don’t want any herbs in their beef patty 😐

The service is very bad. One time they gave me somebody else’s food, but that person came in TEN MINUTES after I did, and the place was nearly empty. (I ordered an egg toast with ham, they brought an omelette toast, so whatever, ate it, then 5 minutes later they brought my egg and ham toast, I said I’m already eating… so they got super confused and gave it to a girl at another table. Hahhahahahaha I’ve never seen such idiots work at a restaurant)

Sometimes you sit there for 5 minutes, waiting for somebody to take your order or to get your already ordered drink.

If there is a large table of tourists from a bus, you might as well leave, because the staff just freezes and they all stand and stare at these old people who are reading a menu for half an hour. Everyone else at the restaurant just gets ignored.

They hired this energetic Italian guy, maybe he will help, because the food is alright, but the service is from hell.

Bathrooms could use a little renovation. Perhaps after putting out the breakfast sign outside, and after...

Disappointing- ONE STAR delivery service.

If you think about ordering a delivery groceries from this place, think again. You might want to come do a direct shopping instead.

I am a regular customer who orders (delivery service) almost every week. I usually don't complain, but this is the third time there’s been a mistake with my order.

I asked in person for a personal note to always separate the meat I order, as I plan my meals and will not cook them in bulk. Unfortunately, this request has been ignored several times.

Another time, my groceries arrived damaged because the packaging wasn’t secure, and the driver had an accident. All the food went to waste. There was no compensation given, and the courier was blamed. However, I think better packaging, especially for fresh items, would have helped.

Also, ordering through Zalo is frustrating. Even when I place an order a day ahead and ask for a specific delivery time, I don’t get a confirmation or updates. I always have to follow up to check if my order will arrive.
