Stepping into this restaurant was an absolute treat for the senses! If you're looking for an authentic and delicious Vietnamese dining experience, especially for some incredible Banh Xeo and stir-fried morning glory (rau muống xào tỏi), look no further. The Banh Xeo here is simply fantastic. Each crispy, savory pancake was perfectly cooked, bursting with fresh shrimp, and vegitables. The accompanying fresh herbs and dipping sauce elevated every bite – it's a dish that truly sings with flavor. And the stir-fried morning glory? Oh my, it was tender, garlicky, and incredibly addictive. A perfect complement to the richness of the Banh Xeo. But what truly sealed the deal for me was the ice-cold draft beer. After a warm day exploring Da Nang, there’s nothing quite like a frosty glass of local brew to quench your thirst. It was perfectly chilled and incredibly refreshing, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was prompt and friendly. This spot truly captures the essence of Vietnamese street food culture in a comfortable setting. I highly recommend it for anyone craving delicious local cuisine and a perfectly chilled beer to wash it all down. You won't be...

Restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday evening with only one other table which was surprising. Walls are cutely painted with dishes but a few patches of repairs to the damaged walls would make it a little nicer.
The portions are normal size for the dishes and neither larger nor smaller than nearby eateries for the equivalent. I'd definitely not consider them HUGE and I'm not a big eater. They were sufficient and as expected.
The only minor disappointment was the herbs provided with the skewers and banh xeo. The herbs provided were cilantro and basil but no mint. When we asked for mint using Google translate, we were told there is mint and they brought us more cilantro and basil. Not a problem as the food was tasty enough but the new plate of herbs had been half consumed by other creatures (see pic)
I'd still recommend the place but there are better alternatives.

Read moreThis place is really good. We had bun cha, bun bo, pho ga and banh xeo. The bun cha was very flavourful, I love the amount of fried shallot which adds to the texture. There were two different types of noodle in the dish, it gives variety in every bite. There were also two different types of pork; pork chop and pork balls. The pho ga looks simple BUT the flavour was so rich. I didn’t try the bun bo but my friend said it was so good that it was worth ruining his diet (not that the bun bo was very bc calorific). The banh xeo, is so amazing. The staff was nice to show us how to eat the banh xeo. The herbs really cut through the greasiness providing an amazing balance. The crunch and crisp, with the juiciness of the beef and shrimp, is very pleasant to the taste bud. Oh, and the sauces, LOVELY. They also provide complimentary water which we really appreciate after walking along the road under the sun. The side dishes are good too. Overall, it really lived up to the 3rd generation restaurant standard. Very much...
