Hana Hotel Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I stayed here for 3 month, never felt comfortable and warm.||i am not usually stay in the hotel so much and big cooker.||i will review good things and bad things.||i will start with good thing.||the only good thing is " new hotel " but it doesnt mean it's clean.||||5 bad things.||1. dirty ( i had terrible and horrible time to kill cockroachs, more than 6)||2. dirty ( i dont know what the housekeepers do).|| i was the first one to move in the apartment room type|| it was just built and lots of dust from construction and i asked to clean but they did not do it for me and made me to clean myself.|| * i litterlly spent more than half day to clean everything to take the dust on everything off.||3. NO HOTWATER !!! || I ASKED THEM WHY NO HOTWATER but they said they would check but never checked.||4. experiencing black out often.||5. too much expensive electricity, when they sign the contrat i saw the electricity is 5,000 vnd /kw( OMG ) i asked why it so expensive and they said " after 1 month u spend the electricity, we can negotiate"||it turned out " never happended"||when i check out, they said " 4,000 vnd and i said too expensive and then they said " 3500 vnd/kw" no standards.||* the most terrible thing is||I lost my shirts , ||they collect my laundry and sometime i felt something missing so i check and found out that my 3 shirts missing.||OMG||||Plz do not stay...

It was terrible experience while staying here! Not recommended until they remodel this hotel. Just a waste of time and money! Bad smell in the room like they didn’t clean it for decades. Oily stains on the walls, broken lights, windows don’t open, chemicals smell in the rooms, staffs are friendly and cooperative but refuse to refund 100% for all of these reasons! I hate to talk bad about business to put them out of business! I saw the bad reviews too but still decided to give them a chance. But as a customer I don’t recommend anyone come to have a terrible night like us. After all they changed our room twice to get a better room. There’s a dirty sheets because of a nasty piece of hair on the sheets. But then the new sheets just smell strong chemicals that make us have rashes all over. The room was no refrigerator we have to help the staff to carry it from the next room. We couldn’t sleep all night because we got cold and we don’t dare to use their blankets. It smells like heavy male sweat, dirty towels, no soap, no accommodation. I’m sorry but I have to warn people for it. I mean at least you charge people money you need to do your service! Đánh giá chung khách sạn cơ sở vật chất rất tệ. Tệ hơn nhà nghỉ nữa. Hình như họ ko giặt chăn ga gối nệm hay khăn tắm bao giờ. Chăn rất bẩn, mùi rất kinh. Tóc vùng kín còn sót trên ga giường. Phòng ốc bẩn kinh, có mùi rất khó chịu, mùi hôi và mùi hóa chất… Nói chung ko thể ngủ được vì nó làm tôi nổi mẫn đỏ cả đêm. Đừng mất tiền mà còn mua bực vào người. Tôi khuyên...
