Ocean Haven Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Stayed 4 nights here, great location with easy access to the beach front or within the inner city area and around a 25 minute walk to Da nang downtown/dragon bridge. Staff were really friendly even during Lunar new year. Cleaners were also good and room was cleaned to a good standard. Rooms are good size and comfortable bed. WiFI can be fairly slow at times however works to watch YouTube, browse on social media etc. overall great stay. Rooftop pool is a great addition...

The only good thing about this is how close it is in walking distance to the beach. Other than that save your money and go elsewhere. The room was dirty, had a musty smell, and we found several roaches crawling around. We told the receptionist and they said that they would go and clean came back to several more roaches. This was my second stay at this hotel and I quite like the location (close to beach and most facilities). The corner city view rooms are very comfortable and offer great value. There was an issue with Agoda offering breakfast that was no longer available at the hotel but the young lady in charge quickly and professionally came up with an acceptable compromise.
