May Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Did laundry here and it was completely unprofessional, late, and unsatisfactory, leaving our clothes smelling bad and musty.

We dropped off clothes in the morning and were told to come back at 8pm on the same day to get them. This was necessary for us as well since we were going to the airport early in the morning the next day. They gave us a surcharge of an extra 10k dong per kilogram since it was the holiday season.

We brought several small bags of clothes separated by individuals since we’re a family. at 8 PM, the clothes were not ready yet. We were told to come back at 10 PM. At 10 PM, we got back two bags of clothes, and we knew immediately that the clothes were mixed up all together despite us putting it into separate bags.

They told us come back again at 12:30am for the rest of the clothes. This is ridiculous as we had to wake up early the next morning and cannot just wait around.

At 12:30am, the clothes were still not ready and the person at the front desk said they could deliver it to us around 2 AM or 3 AM, or we could also come back at that time. Are you serious?

Obviously we would be asleep so we opted to just come back in the morning to pick things up. A group of us went over at 7 AM and the clothes still were not ready. They just gave it to us damp and a good chunk of it smelled like someone else’s body odor, like it was mixed in with other clothes and did notdry properly. we had to dump all the clothes out and find missing pieces because they were mixed together despite us telling them specifically to keep their clothes and colors separate.

Since this is a hotel, I thought they would have the capacity to wash clothes in a timely and clean manner but clearly they are unable to do so. It makes me wonder how clean the sheets are or how often the other items are washed in the hotel.

The person interacting with us was clearly stressed out, and said that they were just a part-time employee, and that they needed to contact their boss, and while we felt bad for them, they had a responsibility to take care of our clothes—otherwise we would have chosen another place who could actually do an adequate job.

They did a horrible job and I would warn you from using this...

absolutely avoid booking this place they never close the bookings and when you arrive at the hotel they say they don’t have any rooms available.

then they ask you to call the company managing the bookings to cancel (because it’s extern to booking.com), i insisted for them to give me cash, but it took a while and i still lost 30k vnd and a lot of time.

also the man working there wasn’t polite at all, didn’t apologise or anything, almost made me feel like it was my fault??? he didn’t try to help. fortunately a lady came to and was more polite and could return my money.

just avoid losing money and time and go somewhere else wish i could have seen the google reviews before booking, all the recent reviews were alerting about...

Mình đặt ở từ 31/12/2022 đến trưa 02/01/2023 và mình ở đủ hết 3 ngày như booking mình đặt. Nhưng không hiểu lí do gì ks lại báo hủy booking vs mình vào ngày 01/01/2023 (ngay hôm sau mình nhận phòng)||Hôm mình nhận phòng, mình thấy phòng không giống hạng hòng sup mình đặt, phòng mình nhận lại là phòng standard (mình có đặt phòng ở đây 3 4 lần rồi nên hạng phòng standard hay sup hay triple mình biết). Mình hỏi lễ tân (bạn nam) thì lễ tân bảo nay full phòng nên thông cảm giúp nhưng không giảm giá tiền phòng xuống cho tụi mình còn bảo ngày lễ vs giá như vậy chỉ đc phòng như vậy thôi. Hoặc là mình hủy phòng không thì chấp nhận nhận phòng như vậy vì cũng không còn phòng để đổi. ||Dịch vụ cũng kém, ti vi mình không chỉnh kênh coi được mới hỏi lễ tân cũng bạn nam đó bản bảo tự dò kênh giúp bạn ấy chứ ti vi khách sạn, phòng nào cũng coi được sao phòng mình không coi được, vậy mình lại phải tự mò. Những lần trước đặt phòng ở đây đáng lẽ mỗi đêm mình ở thì đc dọn phòng 1 lần nhưng từ hồi mình nhận đến khi trả phòng mình chưa thấy phòng mình đc dọn lần nào. Kể cả nước tiêu chuẩn 1 ngày được 2 chai nước free thì cũng tính phí nước trong khi không dọn phòng, không fill nước cho mình. ||Vậy đúc kết kỳ nghỉ tại May hotel, giá thì tính giá phòng sup nhưng lại ở hạng standard, lễ tân không nhiệt tình hỗ trợ cho khách, phòng không dọn theo ngày đồng nghĩa nước không fill nhưng lúc trả phòng lại tính phí tiền nước vs mình. Những lần trước thấy may hotel sạch sẽ và dịch vụ không đến nỗi như những gì mình kể lúc này. Nhưng thật sự lần này quá thấy vọng và sẽ không bao...
