The Holiday Beach Club — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I don’t know where to begin. This is one of the most beautiful coastal venues in Da Nang, but I can’t say the same about the overall experience.

The process of ordering food and drinks was extremely slow. There’s only one card terminal in the whole place, so guests have to wait while the bartender slowly processes each payment one by one.

Meanwhile, the other two staff members just watch this process closely, while guests at their tables look around trying to get someone’s attention.

The food was served cold — they carried it uncovered from the hotel across the street, so I’m 100% sure that all the dust and exhaust fumes from cars and scooters settled on it.

They mixed up the order, took it away, and brought a different one.

This place needs a responsible and experienced manager who can organize operations and raise the quality of service.

I’m not writing this to complain, but to help the owner avoid losing their business — to help it grow, create more jobs, improve service quality, attract more tourists, and contribute to the development and...

Yes, staff is sweet & I love the seating but my concern is staff skimming you for their tips.

PAY ATTENTION TO HOW MUCH YOU GET BACK.. .IF YOU EVEN GET IT BACK AT ALL!

I came at 6:30am & staff said they open at 7am. But then why do the hours here & their website say 6:30am? Okay. So I wait.

I am the ONLY customer here.

I pay for my seat & first coffee & my bill was 108,000. I gave the female waitress 120,000. She never comes back to give me my change.

I ordered a second coffee & a water - my bill is 86,000. I asked him about my other change, & he doesn't say anything. I gave this male waiter with glasses 100,000. I get back 4,000.

I'm pretty alarmed at this.

This is unethical & not a good look for the business.

I wonder how long they've been doing this.

I go back & ask the girl to see my receipts. She brings them to me, & I let her know she never gave me back my change. No apology. Just a bit nervous. Funny how I got the exact change back when it doesn't say how much I gave.

This would have been 5-stars had it not been for this.. .Really...

This is for coffee and super cute tables. I did not order alcohol so I cannot attest to it. However, it’s upscale furniture and decor on white stretches of gorgeous beach. I have expensive tastes for working on the beach and they delivered☺️ the service is chill. While they are not proactive they wont try to upsell you or force you to purchase more than you want unlike other money minded places. But they do price their items higher for the more premium decor. Music at night and Christmas lights. But watch out for rude people who get super pushy about taking photos. They will take your table push your things aside without asking, start taking photos flipping their hair in your face or hustle you out if you sit anywhere photo worthy.
