Our stay in this apartment was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. • Hot water: For the entire month, there was practically no hot water. It was supposed to be available at certain hours, but in reality it almost never worked. Only a few times a week we had hot water — those rare moments felt like a miracle. Most of the time, despite their promises, there was simply none. • Cleanliness and hygiene: The curtains and bed linen were dirty, and we even found a pillow with bedbugs. On top of that, there were ants everywhere in the apartment, which made living conditions even worse. • Internet: We constantly had problems with the internet, which made it very difficult to work and live there. • Deposit issue: We left a deposit of 600 USD in cash. At checkout, we warned in advance about the date and even the exact time (10:30 AM). The staff arrived 40 minutes late, making us late for our flight. On top of that, instead of returning our deposit in USD — the same currency we gave them — they returned it in local currency (VND). This was completely unacceptable. We gave dollars to receive dollars back, not to have our money spent and replaced with a currency we did not want.
Overall, this place caused us constant stress and serious inconvenience. Dirty conditions, ants everywhere, lack of basic amenities like hot water, constant internet issues, and unprofessional handling of the deposit made our stay one of the worst experiences...

The hotel looks great and modern, the location is really great - close to the beach and some nice cafes and restaurants. The value for money was very good. I had a look at the pool but I didn't have time to go in, but the view from up there at the roof is really cool! The bed was also comfy.||Only downsides were that there was some sort of small bugs that look like dust at first glance in one of the rooms (I decided to stay in the other one where I couldn't find those bugs strangely, cause in the other room I saw at least 5). But since I was only there for one night I didn't mind. The rest of the room was very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. ||The other downside was that in the room opposite me was a family with kids who left their doors open and let their kids run around shouting loudly all night until at least 12. This isn't the hotel's fault, however I would say the hallways are a bit loud based on this.||But overall I had a good experience and I think the price for the room that you get is really good. Was super happy there was a big fan because it was so so hot in Da Nang!||Thank you Suong/Maple Suite and maybe see...
Read morethis place is a disaster. Everything is so bad here, it's hard even describe... it's highly overpriced. for around 700$ per month you'll get: no service and management (no staff at the reception, if you have any trouble you have to text to the "boss"- just a rude unprofessional unresponsive guy, who has no idea how to talk with customers (ex.he called us "difficult family" because I asked to fix broken tap and remove stinky curtains)). Rundown room with shabby walls, if it's rainy, many rooms were flooded, water comes right though the walls and windows. in our room during the rain walls were soaked wet. No hot water in the shower if the sun didn't heat the water tank (so if it's rainy and you'd like to take a hot shower just forget about it... no door in the shower (it's just broken) Ants everywhere Bedding with holes Glitchy ancient TV Sloooow Wifi Noisy vietnamese families screaming in the hallway...
It was the worst month in our whole life in Asia (and I hope...
