We booked for a three night stay over the long weekend and were given an awful room quite literally next to the reception area. It was clearly not a functioning hotel room as it had no number on the door, no functional key, no working TV, no wall mount for the shower and no decorations in the room (just someone else's lunch in the fridge and rusty screws sticking out of the drawers). It was impossible to sleep in as starting at 6am, the bus groups would start to meet in the lobby and since the door was two feet away, we might as well have been sleeping outside it was so loud. We were going to check out after the first night but were told we would be able to change rooms for the last night. Since we'd already paid and weren't planning to be in the room much, we decided to stick it out. When I checked in the morning, no room was saved for us so we were told we would need to stay where we were. I absolutely could not do one more night in that noisy, awful room so we left and checked in to another hotel. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. This room should never be rented out (and it should say on the booking site exactly what it is). Read moreI came here earlier in the hotel and they told me to booked for another day because i cannot stay in a lobby and then i said it was fine to booked but then the one day they said it was more expensive to my booking so i tell them on how much i just only booked in online. Then they changed it to the same price on my booking. I hope they don’t to that overcharging because we are not familiar on how it works. And also the amenities that they have is nit working the refrigerator the aircon so i ask the stuff about it and i help him to change the refrigerator to the another. I hope they check every room first before they let the guest come in. And about the aircon is not functioning well i ask for electric fan so it will help the aircon to be cooled the room. She reserved the room for me and told me to pay in the morning. The next morning, I went to reception to pay and she raised the price almost 100,000vnd. Bait and switch! No way. Someone came up to me and told me the same thing happened to them 10 minutes earlier. They were upset because of the hotel's scam so they booked a new hotel. I also left and went to another hotel.
