Ok let me explain what kind of host you will be dealing with if you choose this place. I aksed for the studio room for 3 nights. She told me few hours before that the studio room is booked and she offered another room in the same morning. She said I can not view the room without paying the full amount. After that she gave me a room enterance level with no windows and I asked for my money back before entering the room. I asked her to call the police and I just decided to leave as the police was too kind. I knew I was dealing such a sneaky person and did not wanna spoil my hours there. Stay away from this place if you dont wanna spoil your hours or days during your holiday here..

I have not mentioned what the officer told me and why I decided to leave in silence in my review, but here is the story. After long discussions and her sneaky behavior, the officer approached me and asked me to consider if it was really worth wasting my time and energy on her. She knows all the sneaky ways to and talks about procedures without thinking about the whole thing she has done until that moment.

Long story short, I just agreed with the officer that she wasnt worth my time and energy and left. After that, his friend followed me to bring my sunglasses, which I left there. He offered to pay the full amount and apologised on behalf of her. I rejected the money because it was not about the money. I don't like unfair people who think they can manipulate the police and everyone around them towards you just because you are a tourist and they can speak the local language.

There are much better hotels with better prices in Da Nang which really deserve your money. Take my advice and stay away...

Отказ в осмотре жилья перед оплатой: При прибытии мне было отказано в праве осмотреть номер перед внесением оплаты, что нарушает политику Booking.com. Хозяин настоял на том, чтобы я заплатил сначала, а только потом мне был предоставлен номер. Это совершенно неприемлемо. Отсутствие чеков и подтверждений оплаты: После того, как я внес оплату наличными, хозяин отказался предоставить какой-либо чек или подтверждение, что также нарушает принципы прозрачности в транзакциях. Я был предложен положить деньги в сейф без какого-либо документа, что вызвало у меня сомнения относительно легитимности таких действий. Грубое поведение и неприемлемое общение: Когда я выразил сомнения по поводу условий, хозяин ответил мне грубо в WhatsApp, заявив, что «это не отель, и мы не обязаны соблюдать такие правила». Такое общение абсолютно недопустимо. Неудобства и лишние траты: В связи с отказом в заселении, мне пришлось искать альтернативное жильё, потратить много времени на улице и понести дополнительные расходы на такси. Это было крайне неудобно и вызвало дополнительные материальные затраты.
