Gourmet Burger — Restaurant in Da Lat City

This place is awesome. My wife and I have been traveling for some months and were craving some Western food so this place really hit the spot. When we stumbled across this restaurant it sounded fantastic and we were not disappointed. I got the deluxe burger and added cheese with a combo. It was fantastic and you can add a beer for the drink in the combo not just soft drinks which is a perfect pair for me. I'm American and eat a lot of burgers and this reminded me of home. They use American ketchup and mustard (Heinz) with Australian beef. It was one of the better burgers we have had in all of Southeast Asia. The owner is really cool too and chatted with us for a bit about the place. He is french but you would have a hard time telling because he has spent so much time in Australia. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality. The burgers start at 80k and go up to around 180k. There are also vegetarian options and the wedge fries were exceptional. It's a newer restaurant so that is why there isn't so many reviews but definitely give this place a try. There is some limited motorcycle parking...

I come from Munich, 9,548 km away. I had three burgers: lamb, chicken, and beef. All burgers were richly garnished with very fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions and bacon. The lamb burger still tasted like lamb and the sauce was extremely sophisticated and spicy and the meat had a hint of rose. The beef burger also had a hint of rose inside and a slice of cross fried bacon and a really spicy sauce. The chicken burger was cooked through on the inside, so it was dry and the sauce was very aromatic. My conclusion: They were the best burgers I've eaten in 40 years and for them alone I would fly the 9,548 km several times a week (if I had the money)

Je viens de Munich, à 9 548 km. J'ai mangé trois hamburgers : agneau, poulet et bœuf. Tous les hamburgers étaient richement garnis de laitue très fraîche, de tomates, d'oignons et de bacon. Le burger d'agneau avait toujours le goût de l'agneau et la sauce était extrêmement sophistiquée et épicée et la viande avait un soupçon de rose. Le hamburger au bœuf contenait également un soupçon de rose à l'intérieur, une tranche de bacon frit et une sauce très épicée. Le hamburger au poulet était cuit à l'intérieur, il était donc sec et la sauce était très aromatique. Ma conclusion : ce sont les meilleurs burgers que j'ai mangés depuis 40 ans et rien que pour eux, je ferais les 9 548 km plusieurs fois par semaine (si j'avais de l'argent)

Tried the deluxe burger: egg, bacon, cheese and (lettuce not listed in menu) beef is good quality but it was overcooked and dry.

Also tried the spicy burger, very spicy if you like it hot, good flavor. Also overcooked, A bit much on the sauce, made the the buns really soggy quick. I think it would've been better balance if they added some lettuce to it (the menu doesn't mention lettuce but some burgers come with it and some don't like this Spicy one, don't know why) wife couldn't finish it because it was quite spicy.

French Fries cooked and seasoned well. Also had a Sapporo beer and a soft drink. Total came to 400k, a bit expensive to be honest and it's not "gourmet" but it's probably the best...
