I recently had my first trip to Da Lat and stayed at this hotel. It was incredibly convenient as I arrived around 7am, and even though check-in was at 2pm, they kindly accommodated me around 9am. I also booked a tour through the hotel that required me to be up at 4am, but I fell ill and couldn’t wake up. The hotel staff came to my room to check on me, and I felt terrible for making them get up so early just to cancel. However, they were only concerned about my health.
I eventually went on the tour the following day but got unwell again and unfortunately vomited on the hotel bed. I was embarrassed and worried about potential charges, but Diamond, one of the hotel staff, was only concerned for my well-being and reassured me not to worry about the bed. Just a 5 minute walking distance from Da Lat Market for all your needs of nightlife in the highland city. Very spacious room with clean bathroom. The rooms with balcony overlooking Xuan Huong Lake are the best, you can enjoy the view the whole day, from the early morning with mist on the lake, changing quickly to a bustling downtown center with traffic, and then beautiful afternoon with some light rain, and at night with some music and mini water & laser show on the lake.
There are places to park you car too, which is best suited with family travelling in cars. The premise also includes a big nice coffee shop for your morning chill overlooking the lake.

There is some high spot in the shower that might need some dusting/wiping, but every where else is clean. Looks like it recently been renovated, or someone is doing a great job at maintenance. Walls are thin though, you can unclearly hear the people next door talking. Water is hot and strong. Location is great. Cafe in front is very good. Night market is 4 minute away walking. Xuan Huong lake is right down the steps. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel for both cars and moped. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable. From now on this is my go to place to stay...
