Do not stay at this hotel. For starters, the staff is not polite, when you greet them with “hello” on arrival, the response you get is simply “passport?” which sets the tone right away.On the first morning, an extremely loud alarm went off every 5–10 minutes for about half an hour, each time lasting 1–2 minutes. It was impossible to sleep. When we complained at reception later, we were told it was a fire alarm test. Why it had to be done so early, for so long, and without any prior notice is beyond me, the staff didn’t seem to understand our questions. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear neighbors coughing, neighbors sink or shower, TVs, people running and shouting in the corridors (including staff), and even the elevator bell, despite my room not being very close to it.On top of that, the room was stocked with only half a roll of toilet paper on arrival, brown stains on bathroom floor towel, small details that show how little care is given.Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would not recommend...
Read moreOn arrival we got upgraded for free (was about £3 more for 3 nights but didn’t argue this) as they said the room that we had booked via booking.com wasn’t available. Bed is very comfy, pillows soft but only 1 pillow each. Room is clean, the bathroom floor gets wet though up to the sink & toilet when you have a shower as there is no door on it which is fine but not ideal. The room has no aircon - which luckily Dalat is cool at night so have had windows open and had no problem with bugs. Bathroom has got shampoo & shower gel and some amenities e.g toothbrush, shower cap but no hand soap which was a down side for me personally. Also, we had our room made up every day which was great, except for on our 2nd morning it was evident we didn’t get given fresh towels they were only re folded as the bath mat was still wet from the day before. Reception staff are friendly. Also note - we had to pay in cash on arrival for our room so be prepared. TV is big & good and Netflix works...

I had a truly enjoyable experience staying at the newly opened Nature Hotel on Le Dai Hanh Street. The location is excellent – right in the city center, within walking distance to the market and major attractions. The room was clean, neat, and well-organized – exactly what you'd hope for after a long day exploring. What really stood out, though, was the service. All staff, specially thanks to Bao and Minh at the front desk, along with the rest of my family, were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their positive energy made the stay even more comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to meet the manager I had previously met at Native Boutique, which is part of the same hotel group. It was a nice and familiar touch that made me feel even more welcome. I’m very satisfied with my stay and would gladly return on my next trip to Da Lat. Highly...
