This place is located near the dong xuan market (in the north side). The host will inform you the detail of the location with picture. The alley is next to some temple (if i am not mistaken), just go inside until the end and you will see the Khai plate in your left..
The house is clean, the room is neat, it have a ceiling fan and AC, WIFI, outdoor small sink, a refrigerator/cooler for your drink/food, some toiletries & ammenities, and plenty of free water. They will provide you with inside slippers. There is also a sleeper in the bathroom.
The host and his family is caring and friendly. He give a reccommendation for some restaurant. There was a paper in the room showing places to visit in Hanoi city and the price of another services they offered like a laundry for VND 15K per kilo.
My day always started with milk coffee and banana even though i coming out late before noon. He offered me a towel if i want to take a bath before i leave in the evening since i already checked out in the afternoon and left my luggage there for a while. He supplied me with another water and snack for my flight. He gave me a ride to the bus station and wait until the bus coming.

He responded to messages quickly and addressed all my questions in details, and provided great guidance in touring the city. He was so generous, genuinely kind and gracious. Hoanh was a foodie and he recommended a series of local eateries only locals would go. The food serviced were all delicious and cheap. I tried all his recommendations and all were amazingly tasty. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was tucked away deep in an alley besides a temple and the famous market. It was also close to the bus station to the airport; to all the major attractions, restaurants, street foods and shops. Despite of its central location, the accommodation was very quiet. For the shared bathroom, you really just share with another guest on the same floor. The clean lady cleaned the washroom at all times so it was spotless. She was so kind with a sweet smile on her face; and she did terrific jobs by cleaning , helping with luggage and many other things. This is the best accommodation I stayed traveling in the south east Asia for the past 4 months. I will definitely stay here again when...
