A fantastic homestay with lovely hosts. The home is great it has big rooms with large windows and all is very modern and clean. With nice size bathrooms with proper showers. each floor has a balcony to sit on. I stayed in two rooms as I extended my stay. It’s in a great location one street back from the water front so away from the noise but close enough to be able to walk out the door and have everything at your disposal. Like restaurants, the lantern festival on the river and all the site seeing activities are close by in the town, the Japanese bridge is only a few minutes walk away and there are nice tours to Marble mountain and My Son Temple not to far away. |Helen is so helpful she arranged my transport to my next location for me. We were really satisfied with our stay. The host and her family were so kind and lovely! They really tried to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The whole house looks new and is decorated in a modern style. The rooms are positioned up on the floor, while downstairs there is a sharing kitchen and a dining room where our host prepared breakfast for us. The breakfast was delicious (try her banana pancake :) ). The host’s family lives in the same house, their rooms are located at the highest floor, but we felt completely comfortable staying in their house. Helen and her family were fantastic hosts from start to finish. They were so friendly and welcoming. The house is only recently opened and is conveniently a 3-4 min walk from town but is still really quiet and relaxing. I think there are only 5 guest rooms. We stayed in room 2 and it was very spacious with a TV, mini fridge and a very modern bathroom with a huge bathtub. The entire house is spotlessly clean. Each floor has a little balcony to share with other guests. Helen made us breakfast each morning, and her pancakes were yummy.
