We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon, and while there were some positive points, the overall experience was disappointing.
The good part was that the hotel allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. However, the front desk staff showed a lack of care when handling our passports — they left our passport copies openly on the counter and walked away, which raised serious concerns about data privacy.
When we entered our assigned room, it was clearly not ready. There was no key card in the power slot, so we walked into a completely dark room. Although the bed was decorated for our honeymoon, we immediately noticed several issues. There was a visible spider web at eye level in the bathroom, and the main door had a gap of around 0.5 cm — large enough that we first thought the lock was broken. Because of that, several insects managed to get inside the room.
Two pairs of earplugs were placed by the bedside, which later made sense — the room faced a busy main road. As it was the Mid-Autumn Festival weekend, the noise from traffic, drums, and celebrations continued late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.
The hotel claimed to have “upgraded” our room, but based on these conditions, it honestly felt more like a downgrade.
Another concern: we had clearly turned on the “Do Not Disturb” sign before leaving for lunch, yet when we returned in the evening, we found a piece of cake placed on the table. While the gesture was kind, entering the room against the DND sign is unacceptable.
Finally, the breakfast area needs better hygiene control — there were multiple insects flying around the food and bread.
Overall, the hotel has potential but urgently needs to improve cleanliness, staff training, and respect for...
Read moreThis hotel is located on an island in the old town of Hoi An and has an excellent location. It said that it opened last year, but it seems to have been rebranded from a hotel called Green Heaven. The interior has been renovated, but it was disappointing that you can still see traces of the past here and there. It was quite crowded because it was the lantern festival, and I was bothered by the fact that luggage, including bags, were carelessly placed on the floor at the front lobby.
The room has a modern and stylish interior while incorporating traditional designs, and from this point of view it is comparable to a five-star hotel. The area around the bathtub was particularly stylish.
The TV was large and smart. However, perhaps because the air conditioner was small compared to the area of the room, it did not cool the room very well, and it was hot in the middle of the night.
The room this time had no view, and although there was something resembling a terrace outside, the view was poor.
The pool is divided into two levels and is not bad, including the poolside, but the view from the pool includes the dirty walls of the neighboring building and many outdoor units of the air conditioners on the top floor, so I think it would be better to reconsider this.
Breakfast is buffet style in the restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the wide variety of food on display were exciting. However, the taste was average.
I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable place to stay if you're visiting Hoi An for the first time.

Read moreWe would like to say a big thank you to all the team members at The Signature Hoi An especially the exceptional service and care - a special shout out to the concierge Huy. Would would definitely recommend to anyone and come again.
We were greeted with a warm welcome when we arrived, and a free upgrade to our room. We felt looked after as they were caring about our vegetarian diet. There was a good variety of vegetarian options for you at breakfast - especially corn ( super good and tasty 🥰) .
The staff looked after us throughout our stay, helping us in planning our trip around Hoi An , giving us recommendation for the local restaurant, tailor and place to visit.
We arrived in Hội An when a tropical storm and subsequent flooding was expected to hit the area. The team really took care of us and gave us updated news for our safety if we planned any trip ( luckily there was no flood happening ) .
They went above and beyond by proactively organising a little birthday surprise for my hubby.
The last thing I would like to mention is the whole team makes Hoi An becoming even more special- we got to experience the the kindness , honesty , professional hospitality and the positive attitude the locals had toward flooding planning and preparation. A big thank you again,...
