The hotel is close to Hoi An Ancient Town. After crossing the bridge, you will reach the ancient town. Some rooms look towards Thu Pan River, making it a quiet area yet quiet. The layout of the hotel is full of Vietnamese flavor, and Hoi An lanterns are hung, which makes it very atmospheric at night. The staff is very friendly, attentive and considerate. Knowing that the weather is hot, when checking in, they will first seat the guests in the lobby and provide ice towels, drinks and delicious cakes for the guests to enjoy while taking into account the guests' needs and Feeling, making guests feel very good. There are not many types of breakfast, but the food is replenished quickly. The most appreciated is the freshly squeezed juice, which is different from ordinary concentrated juice.During breakfast, the staff asked each guest whether they had slept well or if there was anything that needed improvement. They were very attentive and patiently listened to the guests' suggestions. I suggested that the wooden stool legs be covered with soundproof rubber pads to make it easier for guests to move. The stools are used so as not to disturb the residents downstairs. If I visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends...
Read moreOur stay was only 1 night on Sat 7th Jan. Kayle and Rose from the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful in assisting us to our room and gave us some useful information about local sightseeing and eateries. Welcome drinks (warm ginger tea) and cake were served which fit well with the winter weather (I believe this changes throughout seasons of the year).
Luggages were delivered promptly after we checked into our room.
Our double room with river view was spacious with view to the front of the hotel. The hotel is located at the quiet part of the old town and away from the Night market so it’s very peaceful at night and in early morning.
The hotel is only 5min walk from the heart of old town so we didn’t even need to rent bikes (this hotel offers free bikes to guests).
Hotel is designed with a boutique style so details are carefully considered. They only have 30 rooms in total so not too crowded (I much prefer this). All staffs make you feel like at home.
Breakfast was surprising with a lot of choices (both vietnamese and western dishes) despite small numbers of guests. The hotel is also equipped with a small pool, gym room and a spa.

The bathroom was great. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was perfect. However, there was a small gap in the glass door of the shower, with water leaking out during the shower.
We booked a deluxe room with a "river" view, but were disappointed due to the fact that half the view was obscured by a large tree at the entrance. The hotel is also very short, so don't expect much of a view for their river side rooms.
The hotel is a bit on the old side: our door took several tries to lock properly, the card light switch also needed a few tries to work.
The WiFi barely worked - we ended up using the much more reliable 4G network with our sim cards. We had to use our phone's hotspot function to get our laptop online.
The breakfast was disappointing. The choices were limited and were obviously catered to a western audience. Their "Vietnamese" food was either cold or tasteless, and the rest of the food was your standard bacon and...
