At first, the hotel actually is in a good location which is closed with the hoi an old town by walking distance around 350m only. However, I disappointed with the facilites and the cleanliness with this hotel. It’s different with the pictures reference. I don’t know why another reviewer at Agoda said this hotel is clean and comfort. I got a room which like kind a suburb inn room that smelly with ciggarate, very humid, dirt in the wall and everywhere, small room that different as appearance at agoda pict with my room type that I booked and different also from the review from other guests. And it’s mentioned this hotel is newly built? This hotel is kind of 90’s building hotel model, like the old local people house . Only maybe they decorate with new grey color quilt and paper curtain model but it has the smell of fungus. After entering the room I try to keep positive and try my best to relax at the room, but in 15 min I can’t hold it anymore. I just checked out and lose my money with this hotel and look for another hotel to stay.
I’m so sorry to write this in a long way of a bad review, but just can’t resist with the fake review as I saw that’s 95% different with the appearance on app and the reviewer. Or maybe I’ve been unlucky to got that...
Read moreUpon talking to the lady boss, she told me that this was an actual house converted into a mini hotel, so she practically lives on the ground floor with her family. For its price, being so cheap, the room was enough for me. A/C and showers were working fine. The only problem was that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom, although all windows were shut pretty tight. Lady boss got me some insecticide to spray and also gave a bottle of insect repellent. Strangely, my friend's room did not have that many mosquitoes. I came to realise the whole of Hoi An was fillled with mosquitoes everywhere you go so i guess you just live with it. Location was very good. Near to the old town. Easy to get by. Anything you are not sure, you can always ask the lady boss. In fact, she had a driver to get us to our next destination Da Nang. We checked the price with the Grab app. Hers was cheaper so we took it. Overall, a decent enough place to stay for its cheap price. The hospitality of the lady boss...
Read moreThis villa is run by a family who lives in the same building. At first I was disappointed with the room given to us because it was different from what was on the photos in Agoda, it wasn't that clean, toilet was also clogged and the food we ordered from the Villas wasn't good. But, once I informed the owner, Mrs. Hong, about the discrepancies, she was very understanding and kind enough to give us the room we expected to have which was the room with the Garden Terrace - it was then beautiful, clean, and exactly what's on the photos. It is the best room they have, in my opinion. They also have bicycle rental and tours. I really appreciate how Mrs. Hong helped us have a great stay and turned around disappointment to astonishment. The location is also good! Quiet and nearby (walking distance) to the famous Ho Ai River, souvenir shops and...
