No staff speak english, which is not too bad because they are mostly children. We ordered one beef curry, which was not available, so ordered 2 of the stir fried noodle with beef. What we got was a pot noodle on a plate, with some beef and a pac choi. For 100 dong a portion, it was awful. Take it from people who have spent some time travelling over Vietnam. Avoid it!
