We booked a table for 8 and the second floor was empty and they gave us the most uncomfortable position. Where are we going to put our head? I mean it basically empty on the second floor and there are so many comfortable position why position us at the most uncomfortable place. When requested to change they refused and said that they only serve that table. I was about to walk out but more of our members insisted on the other table and the staff gave in. While writing this a cockroach from under the table come up and scare one's of our member. Back to more complaints, the first impression on the second floor was that the floor was slippery, not so slippery that you fall but the sticky slippery. Finally I wasn't sweating walking the kilometres here but was sweating standing on the second floor. It took a uncomfortable 5min before the staff turn on the Aircon. Will update with more after eating.

Updated food are alright, I didn't need to go to the toilet after. But it wasn't very pleasant have to be concerned about making the food extra cook.

This is the only AYCE Korean BBQ that I've tried in Vietnam and I had a very pleasant time. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. If you do not know what you want to order they will bring out a set of every item on the menu. I would advise against because there were a lot of things I did not enjoy eating, better to just pick out your items slowly. Best part is that they include different types of oysters (no raw options though) as well as hot pot. For three people including some soft drinks/water/wet towels came out to be about $1,000,000 VND (~ $40USD). They do take cards (just like it says on google maps), but if they have issues with their card reader they won’t give you any heads up or updates as the situation unfolds.
