Informative Review by Khoi Review date: 28/01/2023 Seating: The shop is divided in three areas: library, indoor, and rooftop outdoor. The shop was crowded at noon, near Tet holiday when I went there. Drinks: The shop serves various types of coffee, tea, and bubble tea. Free ice tea is available. Service: Helpful, friendly staffs. I spilled my cup and a staff offered cleaning right away. Atmosphere: Clean, with white as the primary color. It has the studio vibe white bright lighting. The coffee shop is located at the end of the small street so there is little traffic noise and fume. Convenience: Wi-fi is strong. Electrical sockets are limited, portable power sockets are recommended. Only one unisex restroom is available so the waiting line is often long. Specialities: The scenery is highly invested and carefully taken care of by the shop owner. Personal experience: I went there to have a nice long chat with my friend because she recommended it. I don't like this coffeeshop since the very beginning. You cannot ask them for table booking because they just take booking for 4h in advanced. Then even when you meet that requirement, booking 4 hours in advance, they still won’t let you sit inside the building. I don’t understand why, but individual customers always get priority over groups, even though we never caused any noise or trouble at the café. We simply sat and talked. Our meetings usually last around 1.5 hours, not even take the seat too long fyi. Later on, they went even further by requiring us to pay an extra seat reservation fee of over 500,000 VND per hour — and that doesn’t even include drinks. Meanwhile, we only meet 1–2 times per month, and each time we order 8–12 drinks depending on how many people show up. Yet the café still imposes such unreasonable conditions. I like your company there but your drinks were not that good to rise the fee on us. And your air conditioner was always so fr cold just like you're trying to ask us to leave. Mình order cafe trứng, quán làm rất tanh va mình muốn đổi order món khác mà quán nhất định không chịu đổi. Service quá tệ! Kiểu không muốn chịu trách nhiệm.

I ordered egg coffee (worst egg coffee) and sent it back. I wanted to replace it with a different one but the cafe didn’t want to compensate or make me another one they said because I tasted it. If I didn’t taste it how did I know it’s not drinkable? Horrible service!!!! It’s supposed to be “no question ask” and take responsibility to change immediately.

Answer to "response from the owner": the staff brought the coffee back and forth several times to ask me to take it and tried to confirm "did you order that?". At the end, I said I didn't want it, please take it away, and I wrote this review. 10-15ms later, a staff came out and asked if I wanted to change and apologised for the experience. They didnt offer to replace it at the time I sent it back, but only when they read my review here and asked if I could take...
