I really really wanted to love this place but it fell short in so many ways. We stayed for a week and if it wasn’t non refundable we would have moved out.

Location is good, apartment facilities and space are good.

It’s a shame because we would have happily stayed here again on our return to Saigon for another week just for the facilities alone.

When you go on holidays you expect a peaceful, stress free and seamless stay at your hotel. We always felt like we were walking on egg shells here. Like a prison hotel. Being watched and monitored at every step.

Asked questions or being checked every time you walk past the lobby.

How is max capacity for a 4 bedroom suite just 6 adults??? That doesn’t make any sense. Each room had at least a double bed.

How do you have a hotel right in the middle of a tourist area and have restrictions on visitors, demanding for their IDs/passports to be held at reception each time. Kicking them out at 10pm.

We asked our babysitter to look after our kids so we could have a night out on the weekend, and had so much trouble doing so. Yes you’ve got a strict visitor policy but you have to amend the rules or be a bit flexible to fit in with the location. They kept calling us at 2am, 3am etc even though we had sleeping kids in the apartment.

They kept saying it was because of police police police but we’ve stayed in so many different hotels around Saigon and have never had this problem, ever before. Yes you can check ID but no one’s ever kicked anyone out at a certain time.

Our friend dropped by after a night out to pick up stuff he’d left there earlier and they kept calling the apartment at 3.45am even though we had asked them many times to not call because there are sleeping children in the room!

Breakfast is nothing to write home about. The same a la carte menu every day.

Housekeeping comes very early— around 9am. Most hotels we’ve been to focus on the rooms checking out first so it’s usually a bit later but if you’re hungover or sick, it’s not fun the next day.

We heard a couple other customers complain about similar issues so I hope they can look into amending their policies.

There’s also major construction RIGHT next door at the moment so it’s very very loud during the day. Not their fault and they do have an apology letter in their room about it but something to consider.

It feels like SOME of the staff are also strictly managed because they don’t seem happy. It’s as though they’re forced to work and don’t smile genuinely like at other establishments.

DISGUSTING SERVICE & NEVER COME BACK AGAIN . Staff have calls many times to our room late night when we in bed just for make sure no guests visiting staying room . We 6 peoples and 2 kids rent 4 bedrooms apartment , no guests stay overnight with us . We have to check out in midnight because of couldn’t sleep & couldn’t stand for disgusting service like that .We have some video records for evidence and we will report to police .. The location is excellent. While there was an initial issue with one room, which was beyond the hotel's control, they promptly resolved it and relocated us to a new room. The new room was generously sized and ideal for my two-and-a-half-year-old to move around freely between the bedroom, living area, and kitchen. There were a few minor omissions, more for convenience than a significant problem. We offered suggestions for improvements, and they received our feedback with enthusiasm and gratitude, as many guests do not typically provide suggestions regarding Western conveniences. If you choose to stay here, please do not hesitate to offer suggestions upon checking out, regardless of how minor they may seem. My two-week stay has been wonderful, and we are already planning a return visit in five months. The breakfast was enjoyable, although I only went a few times during my stay, as it was difficult to leave the comfortable bed in the morning. They offer freshly prepared pho and eggs upon request, cooked right in front of you. From my perspective, the reception staff is highly competent, professional, and always willing to assist, with English spoken if needed. They possess excellent knowledge and provide any necessary services.
