My Terrible Experience with an Irresponsible Hotel During my recent trip, I had one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. The hotel I checked into seemed fine at first, but a major plumbing issue turned my stay into a nightmare. Late at night, the bathroom began leaking severely—water poured across the floor, flooding not only the bathroom but also part of the bedroom. I immediately informed the hotel staff, expecting at least an apology or a room change. Instead, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than fixing the issue or offering compensation, the staff insisted that I leave the hotel in the middle of the night to find another place to stay on my own. They refused to take responsibility for the problem or provide any assistance with relocation. I was left standing outside with my luggage, exhausted and frustrated, having to search for a last-minute room elsewhere. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide hospitality. Guests should never be forced to suffer because of the hotel’s poor maintenance and lack of customer care. 這間千萬不要入住！ 這間千萬不要入住！ 這間千萬不要入住！

首先在入住當天10/23日，我們預定了3間房間，有2間沒有熱水澡可以沖洗！！其中一間還偏冷水！隔天向櫃檯反應後，也說明房型已經滿額了，無法更換！我們也只能釋懷.. 10/24-25日，這兩天可能他們已經修好熱水問題，直到10/26日出現更荒唐的事…

我們來越南旅遊入住的最後一個晚上10/26日，越南當天晚上12點多時下了一場雨，發生了很荒唐的事！ 這間飯店9樓突然如影片所顯示，上方直接大漏水！這是一件非常嚴重的建築缺失！當時水已經淹入至房間，友人們趕緊整理行李要離開淹水的房間，結果電梯也壞了！卡在5樓故障！！這間飯店的服務人員也沒有來協助從9樓搬運行李，還是我們自己協助幫忙搬離！！後來到櫃檯向夜班反應，夜班只告知我們，請我們自行查詢飯店去更換入住，我們表示不滿後才去附近找同等價位的飯店，但卻只找兩間？重點還沒有空房！當時已經是凌晨快2點了！現場也只表示只會退當天房型的費用，最後夜班人員也沒幫我們處理好在凌晨快2點要入住的飯店，還是我們自己淋著雨到附近飯店詢問才找到！！

協助友人搬運行李到另一間飯店後，我回飯店趕緊洗澡，發現10/23日沒熱水就算了，洗不到2分鐘，發現水越來越小，我趕緊關上水源，詢問朋友的房間還有沒有水之後，朋友說他們房間水很大，我立馬過去洗澡，洗不到2分鐘，水沒了！！我趕緊再跑回去原本的房間，開了冷水，洗了1分鐘！沒有誇張，真的就1分鐘！連冷水也沒了！！！最後只能把泡泡擦掉根本沒洗乾淨！（如影片所示） 當天整理好都凌晨四點多了，這一個晚上非常不好睡，也讓我們隔天行程幾乎少了很多！部份都在處理退款的事！！

我已經不知道怎麼評論這間飯店有多劣質了，實話的評論沒有任何造假，如果有旅客想入住，真的請三思！！！ ———————————————

First of all, on the check-in day (October 23), we booked three rooms, but two of them had no hot water at all! One of them even had cold water only! We reported this to the front desk the next day, but they told us that the hotel was fully booked and could not change the rooms. We had no choice but to accept it…

On October 24–25, the hot water issue seemed to be fixed, but on October 26, something even more ridiculous happened.

It was our last night staying in Vietnam. Around midnight, it started to rain, and then something completely absurd occurred! On the 9th floor of the hotel, as shown in the video, water started leaking heavily from the ceiling! This is a serious construction defect! The water flooded into our rooms, and my friends had to quickly pack their luggage to escape the flooded area. However, the elevator broke down and got stuck on the 5th floor! Even worse, no hotel staff came to help us carry our luggage from the 9th floor — we had to do it all by ourselves!

When we reported this to the night-shift staff, they simply told us to find another hotel by ourselves. Only after we expressed strong dissatisfaction did they reluctantly try to find us another place, but they could only find two hotels, both of which were fully booked! By that time, it was already almost 2 a.m. They only said they would refund the room fee for that night, but did nothing to help us check into a new hotel. In the end, we had to walk in the rain to find another hotel on our own!

After helping my friends move their luggage to another place, I returned to the hotel to take a shower. Even though the room had no hot water on October 23, I thought at least I could take a quick shower — but after less than 2 minutes, the water started getting weaker and then completely stopped! I asked my friends if their room still had water, and they said yes, so I rushed to their room to continue showering — but again, after less than 2 minutes, the water stopped! I ran back to my original room, turned on cold water, and after about 1 minute, even cold water stopped flowing! No exaggeration — even cold water was gone! In the end, I had to wipe off the soap without rinsing properly! (as shown in the video)

By the time we finished cleaning up, it was already past 4 a.m. That night was terrible, and the next day’s plans were completely ruined because we spent most of the time handling the refund issue!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The facilities were far from what we expected: the sheets were stained, the walls were dirty, and the room was extremely small. The mattress was very uncomfortable, with springs poking through, and the window facing the corridor let in all the light from the hallway, which stayed on all night. On top of that, as soon as the sun came up, the room was completely bright. It was impossible to get any rest.

The noise level was also very high — you could hear everything. Although the staff were friendly and professional, the poor conditions made it unbearable to stay. We had booked two nights but ended up checking out after the first and moving to another hotel.

The only positive point is the excellent location, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the lack of comfort. Definitely not a place to stay if you need...
