Encountered with a very friendly shopfloor male staff who showed me all the products I was looking for one by one. However, female cashier and staff are unprofessional and showed no respect when interacting with customers, card machine was broken and no one informed the customers beforehand. Cashier has attitude problem, saying no delivery outside District 10! I ended up not being able to purchase everything I had spent time choosing. Wasn’t a good experience

During payment, the cashier didn’t wait for me to count my money. Instead, she took it directly from my hand and put it into the cash drawer without confirming the amount. I suspect I may have overpaid by 200,000 VND, but I have no way to verify.
