Decent Trang Bang (Tay Ninh)'s specialty but quite expensive for such questionable portion. Recommend you come in large groups to explore the best of this place.
Table size: 2 persons Order: +For their herbs and rice paper rolls: ++ 1-person serving: Boiled pork shank (their menu said pork muscle), ++ 1-person serving: Vietnamese Grilled pork sausages (VN: "Nem nướng") with quiet variety of toppings (Crispy fried rice paper, Fried pork patty (Chả rán), Fried Spring rolls, with rice vermicelli) One water fern rice cake (VN: "Bánh bèo")
Taste: Everything is decent. I'm acquainted with Tay Ninh's cuisine, so I can see how this place pay tributes to the sauce, the herbs and the boiled pork. The "Nem nướng" is different as this place has deep-fry Vietnamese spring rolls that you can have separately or with your self-made rolls. The toppings for Nem nướng make your roll games completely different as there are many combo to try. The overall taste of the toppings are great, fried pork patty could be a little bit overcooked, hence was chewy when I was there. Water fern rice cake is decent too, a general taste you would expect. All the food here is also tied by a very taste, savory, sweet fish sauce, their fish sauce is a rare blend as it's not too sweet, but still screams the southern Vietnam taste. Serving: I order one-person portion so I should have expected this, but per a tiny set of pork with a large set of herbs and rice paper, it contrasts much, and make you question the pricing of this place (190k for pork shank, 200k for Nem nuong (one-person serving, you pay only 60% more if you order two-person serving). So the math only works for people come in large group if you want to explore their offerings here, without feeling a little bit ripped off. Vibes: It's a generic dinning place for Vietnamese, but can get packed...

The wrapping meal was really so-so, beef stew with bread was nice with a strong beefy broth and chicken pho was nicely done with a clear sweet broth.
