Rhm Apartment Hotel K L Y — Hotel in Hue City

Nice enough hotel. Very simple rooms. Aircon worked well and it was clean. There were big burglar bars on our bedroom windows which felt very gloomy, and the lighting in our room at night was awful- we had the option of a super bright neon light that felt like a hospital, or a small plug-in night lamp that was not quite bright enough for 2 people. We ended up needing to use the bathroom light to try wind down in the evenings, especially with our small daughter. For some reason the tiny lift is always occupied and takes forever to arrive every single time which was frustrating. We waited up to 10 minutes on 2 occasions. Very good location with easy access to everywhere. Thu on wheels restaurant next door was great to visit for breakfasts as well as the very affordable milk tea shop on the corner. There is also a bicycle (30k dong) and a motorbike (120k dong) rental right next door which was a great help. Only wish is that there was a larger communal area with proper tables and chairs to be able to work late at night as all cafes and restaurants in Hue close at 10pm and we were left without options of where to go, the entrance foyer is very small and always busy with just 1 couch.

Overall a nice stay and a great part of town, but would look around for other options in the same price...

Wonderful staff and great location! I want to express my greatest gratitude to Hoia- the beautiful and kind lady at the reception. I forgot my precious rings and only realised on the sleeper bus 10 hours away to Ninh Binh.

For the price you pay, it is pretty good- the rooms are basic - the a/c works well, the shower works well and it is a good location. The staff are also very nice and help with booking onward travel (buses/trains)

Only downside is the rooms were not 100% clean when we checked in. E.g. end of the sink had dirt on it, and there was dust and fluff on the...
