iSeaview Heritage Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Sharing my Agoda review of our stay here during Dec 2023

“Good value for money, short stay”

Booked for 1 night. We actually stayed here from noon till night only because we wanted to stay somewhere before our midnight flight back. Really good price to be able to rest comfortably and have a private bathroom.

Hotel is found in an alleyway, so a car might have a hard time going exactly to the front of the hotel, but its just near the road a few steps from it. You can just get dropped off by the spa near it. Hotel consists of 8 floors, they have a lift, key security for the door and keycard for the room's power supply. Staff were friendly and spoke some English. Hotel entrance has some stairs going to their small lobby, where theres a few chairs to stay and wait.

When we arrived at noon, we were asked to wait since they were still preparing our room. We checked the "I want a quiet room" option when we booked, so they gave us an 8th floor room. Informed them also we were going to check out early during the evening, so they were aware.

Waited for just 30 mins and they checked us in early. The cleaning staff literally just finished cleaning, because when we entered the room the floor was still a bit wet. Air-conditioning worked well, bed and pillow is comfy. Just a few very small and minute color stains on the bed. Bathroom is generally clean. Mini fridge had to be plugged in when we checked. It could have been cleaner, but it works fine, can cool your drinks. TV also works, we just had to navigate and change the language since it was set to VN language. It had youtube, hbo go, local channels, and other apps. TV position could have been better, because it is in the corner of the room. 2 windows are in the room, but one has a broken lock, and so we could not fully close it. There was an electric water kettle and 2 water bottles given. No mugs or cups though. Cabinet could have also been cleaner, felt that it was dusty and smelled. The clothes hanger bar was also broken on one side. We didn't use it.

Bathroom had the typical fixtures. Toilet, bidet, shower, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, 2 towels, 2 pairs of toothbrush and toothpaste. Hot water was really reliable here, almost boiling actually, just have to mix the hot and cold for your showers. Really good since it was cold in Nha Trang during our stay in December.

There was some noise in the area during our short time here. Even if we were in the 8th floor, there were surrounding buildings and other noises we could hear. Walls were also thin. There were some construction noises, which you can hardly do anything about. You could also hear when people were out in the hallway.

Location-wise, it's close to some establishment and the city center. Maybe a walk, bike, or car ride away, depending on your preference. There's a coffee shop across the hotel. Some food stalls, spa, bars at the main road nearby.

Overall, generally good stay. It was a very affordable room and so set your expectations. If you're just looking for a budget room to sleep in privately with a bed and bathroom, this is recommended.

호텔 간판은 Heritage Legend Boutique라고 써있어요! 첨에 간판보고 아닌가 싶어서 택시기사님이랑 주변을 한참 찾았네요ㅠㅠ 강력한 장점은 위치랑 가격입니당. 시내 한가운데라서 위치가 너무 좋고 1박에 7000원정도라 가격이 매우 싸고 방도 은근 넓은데 방마다 청결도가 천지차이에요!! 틈새랑 이음새들은 거의 청소가 안돼있고 세면대는 깨끗하지만 세면대가 붙어있는 이음새나 선반은 전혀 안닦여있어서 때가 꼬질한? 새벽에 공항 도착이라 거의 잠잘 시간없이 짐만 놓고 한두시간 쉬었다가 다시 나가야하는 일정이라 그냥 위치좋고 싼곳 잡은건데.. 거의 안에 안있고 저처럼 잠깐 들를 곳으로 쓰기엔 좋아요. 처음에 802호 배정받고 갔을때 창문은 아예 안달려있지만 옷장만 좀 냄새나서 안열고 닫아놨고 나머진 생각보단 깔끔하고 방이 예뻐서 좋았는데.. 아침에 나갈때 아무리해도 문이 안잠기는 거에요ㅠㅜ 어쩔수없이 그냥 나갔다와서 문의해보니 803호인데 글씨가 지워져서 802호로 안내받은 거였어욬ㅋㅋ 마침 802호도 빈방이어서 어떨결에 다른 방을 써버린것.. 803호 보니까 창문이 넓게 달려있어서 그냥 짐 다 옮기고 방 바꿨는데 803호는 진짜 더럽더라구요ㅠㅜ 특히나 큰창말고 양옆에 작은창 두개는 창틀이 진짜 더럽고 창 하나는 손잡이가 고장나서 아예 안 닫히더라구욬ㅋㅋ 층이 높아서 그런가 벌레는 하나도 없었는데 803호는 화장실에 일회용품 쓰레기 같은거 한두개씩 떨어져있고 냉장고 있어서 좋다고 생각했는데 냉장고 꺼져서 작동 안되고 위에도 먼지 한가득이라 아예 손 못댔구요.. 침대 옆 콘센트는 아예 안돼서 책상밑 콘센트만 두개 썼어요. 803호는 창가쪽이랑 냉장고, 세면대가 넘 더럽고 변기 물내릴때도 휠리릭 하면서 물 엄청 튀니까 꼭 변기뚜껑 닫고 내려야해요. 수압은 좋은데 전반적으로 찝찝해서 생수로 이닦고 세수했어요. 침대랑 책상말곤 거의...
