A MUST BOOK HOTEL! I had an amazing 4 nights here. The beds are so soft and comfortable. You literally don't want to get out of bed in the morning. They give multiple pillows (4) for 2 persons and they are big and fluffy. The front desk staff are so kind and go out of their way to make your experience memorable & amazing. Our room was already nice and warm when we checked in with the heat going before we entered the room. Autumn & My are the absolute best! They made sure my breakfast in the morning didn't have any of my allergens and they always met every need. Not to mention the breakfast was DELICIOUS with fresh fruits! They pay attention to every detail. Our first night the male front desk staff (I dont remember his name) was so pleasant and he called the local restaurants to make sure we had a hot meal that night. Yummy restaurant stayed open for us to eat at 11:30pm at night because he called them. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! We will only book My Gallery whenever we visit SAPA. 5 stars...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at the My Gallery Boutique Hotel & Spa, and I must say, the beds were incredibly comfortable! The mattresses and pillows were the softest I've experienced in all of Vietnam. Additionally, my hotel room offered a breathtaking view of Fansipa, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel staff truly deserves recognition. They were excessively friendly and exceptionally helpful. Throughout my stay, I received valuable tips for excursions, and they even organized a shuttle service for me. When the hotel was less busy, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made my experience even more special.
Upon departure, when I asked for a bottle of water for my journey, I was given a bag of drinks and snacks, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel team even served me tea. Overall, my stay at the My Gallery Boutique Hotel & Spa was truly unforgettable, thanks to the comfortable beds, stunning view, friendly staff, and generous gestures. I highly...
Read moreAn excellent experience across the board. This hotel punches well above the price point it set itself. Service quality, knowledge and sincerity of the front office manager, Miss Autumn, is equal or better to most international 5 star establishments I've been fortunate to experience. The rooms are modest but it's obvious every effort has been made to ensure every element is top shelf. Location wise, it's a little off the beaten track but the intimacy of Sapa and the ready availability of electric buggies (@ a fixed rate of Vnd10k per trip) negates any inconvenience. Food was terrific at breakfast for an additional Vnd150k and absolutely worth it. Notable mentions came in the form of assistance to book tours, tickets, incredibly comfortable beds and even a complimentary food pack for each member of our group to enjoy on our overnight train trip to Hanoi. We would be completely remiss not to wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Sapa to give this fine establishment a 5 start...
