Stepping through the doors of Good Morning View Restaurant, SA PA!! I was immediately struck by the warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor seamlessly blends elements of Vietnamese culture with a modern, Western flair, creating a truly unique and captivating dining experience. Traditional style ceilings, soft lighting, and elegant furnishings set the stage for an evening of culinary exploration.

As I perused the menu, I was delighted by the fusion of Vietnamese and Western flavors. The chef, HĂNG has masterfully crafted a menu that showcases the best of both culinary traditions. I decided to start with the spring rolls, which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The delicate rice paper wrapping gave way to a burst of vibrant herbs, crunchy vegetables, and a tangy dipping sauce that had me craving more. A highly recommended Vietnamese+western restaurant.

Location: slight (again, just slightly) away from the main city center area but it's still within city center and can easily walk to the place.

Ambience / vibe: a homely design, it's not very spacious or large but tables/seats are comfortably placed, it's even got seats outside.

Food selection: quite extensive, ranging from signature Vietnamese standards (pho, com) to western dishes (pizzas, lasagna, etc.). There are also some regional delicacies (i hope that's correct, at least it seemed like some of them were). You won't be bored with the selections.

Food taste: amazing! I've been here twice already (for breakfast and dinner, on the same day) and both occassions were great. Haven't tried western dishes but local dishes were certainly delish). Git yo Viet on.

Staff: very courteous, helpful, and easy to communicate. 5+...

We enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered - pumpkin soup VND40K, fried vegetable spring roll VND55K, chicken curry in coconut VND135K and fried noodles with vegetables VND55K. They accept credit card with 2% processing fee. As they have an old machine for credit card payment, the physical card is needed as paywave is not accepted.

During our stay in Sapa town, we were back here everyday cos the food and service were good and it was value for money. Happy to be back again for their black Vietnamese coffee VND25K, coconut coffee VND50K and Bamboo Pipe: The Forest Farmer Meal VND119K 👍
