Absolutely one of my worst travelling experience so far. I strongly recommend y'all to avoid this tour agency as they will not act with common sense and reason. All they want is your cash and once that has been paid, you will be on your own.

Booked the tour with TripAdvisor before I got to Ushuaia. The whole package cost me USD225 each person with the penguin navigation upgrade. However, upon the first part of the tour I had the information from another traveller who said they had only paid about half of the price than I had. The fact is, the tour agency sells the same tour package for only USD145. Naturally the agency refused to recognize the fact that they scam people who book their tours in advance. One employee in the office is particularly arrogant, rude and cannot contain her vanity and ego. Either way they had refused to even help me to get the necessary information to utilize tripadviser's low price guarantee feature, which I am guessing that they would lose money anyways. It is obvious that the agency does not care about its customers and the only thing it wants is your dough.

Now back to the substance of the tour itself, the morning you go to the national park on a minibus with a tour guide. Since I speak both English and Spanish, I know that the tour guide is carrying out some simplified commentaries and descriptions of the tour. The tour itself is not that impressive at all in a personal opinion. After that tour you will be on your own for around 3 hours and in the afternoon you hop on a ship for the navigation, which is actually very enjoyable. However people who are prone to ship-sick should be aware that this might be very uncomfortable.

All in all, the tour package itself is mediocre in the morning and pretty good in the afternoon, but in general does not warrant a USD145 price tag according to the market price. Now, if you happen to book on tripadviser in advance for $225, that may well become the worst purchase of your trip in Argentina.

We used the internet two months ago to book back-to-back TdF Park and city tours for today with Milagro @ TDFA. The website was a little funky, so we worked through WhatsApp without problem. This is off season, so the 1st tour was consolidated with another tour provider, Best Tour Patagonia. 17 people in our group. This was unexpected, but everything was well managed. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. Weather was great and the TdF Park was awe inspiring. Our second tour was a private tour direct with TdFA. Our guide was Noelia & Victor was our driver. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly .Transport around town was in a new clean 4x4....

Hicimos la excursión 4x4 off road + canoas con el guía Walter. Muy bueno! El clima fue espectacular y nos acompañó con el cielo despejado y el sol bien radiante.

El recorrido es hermoso sobre todo si nunca fuiste para esos lados. Se puede parar en el mirador Carabajal, Tierra Mayor y el Paso Garibaldi para sacar fotos. Éramos 2 así que nos dejaron ir y venir a nuestro ritmo. La canoa era de 3 personas y remamos junto a Walter unos 30 min a través del lago Escondido. Después de eso tomamos algo calentito con unas medialunas increíbles en el Domo que tiene la empresa en medio del bosque frente al lago. Una vista privilegiada.

Ya aclimatados otra vez, arrancamos hacía el lago Fagnano ingresando a través del sendero viejo dónde talaban la Leña, ahí sentís como se te mueve todo el alma porque está lleno de agujeros y barro, es divertido y la camioneta esta más que preparada para meterse a donde sea.

El lago es un sueño y el bosque está lleno de calafates. A la vuelta se regresa al Domo para almorzar. Choripan y asado con berenjenas al escabeche y verduras grilladas (cebolla, calabaza, papa) para los carnívoros y zapallo relleno de queso, arvejas y omelette, con papa más hamburguesas de lentejas y remolacha para las personas vegetarianas. Me preocupaba lo que iba a comer y me sorprendieron con su menú veggie. Quedamos totalmente satisfechos!!!
