I purchased a Ray ban sunglasses . Just after 2 DAYS one lens fell off. When i went back to the store the lady said to me I think you must of damaged it , you will have to talk to my manager who will be available only next week. I was really disappointed as it was gifted to my husband for Valentine's day. The next week when i went back the manger said to me she did not have another new piece and recommend me to go to mayers the counter had a new one. I was on my lunch break , as i walked in the executive at the counter had the glasses out. I trused ,just took it and left. Later i realised that too was a faulty piece. The frame was slightly bent and the case was damaged. I went back the next day was taken aback with the way I was treated. Very racial. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO TO SUNGLASSES HUT IN MAYERS...

Tried to order some sunglasses on their website, their website would not let me put in my shipping address, I emailed the customer care email address on their website, their email address bounced back to me as non-existent, I then went on their facebook page and sent them a message advising of this, still no response at all..... Are these guys even still in business? Not a single response from their store at all on multiple...

BEWARE! Sold me a pair of glasses assuring me I can return them within 90 days. I put them on to show my wife, decided to take them back and they pointed out a micro tiny scratch & they now refuse to return them. Beware when buying because the scratch had to be on them when purchased as I haven’t worn them apart from trying them on...
