2023 - Fast and friendly service! As soon as I paid, my order was given to me with my receipt and a lovely smile. The Chicken Tenders were hot and juicy, simply delicious 😋 The atmosphere is noisy as it's a large shared dining area - food court.

2019 - Friendly staff offering good customer service. Wait time is short depending on the time of day (busier at lunch and dinner time).

Food quality is good. Chicken burgers are well prepared with fresh lettuce and mayo. I really like the special sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger. It's like spicy chutney.

The hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted.... Yum! I love the crispy Wicked Wings too! The Popcorn chicken is tasty and the gravy has plenty of flavour.

This KFC must be one of the busiest KFC I a have been too an their teenagers that are running it, God bless them they handle the most demanding crowds of people. Customers get grumpy abuse them curse them - c'mon people their teenagers they're working hard all day to prepare the food you love. Cut them some slack I think they do a remarkable job. Good on ya KFC staff. Especially the boy at the front with the red hair he is so polite efficient an helpful. I can really see him being promoted to manager one day he has the drive an customer service to do so I've seen this boy conduct himself 100 times more preofessional than a lot of adults working in fast food an hospitality. WELL DONE mate keep up...
