Great little market, beautiful scenery next to the beach and good variety of stalls. Lovely community choral show. A must do while in Airlie Beach.

Personally I had a bad experience, I bought a sausage roll from a food stall (green sign with “the best sausage roll in the world “) and it was terrible, very very bad, almost inedible. I brought it back as I couldn’t eat it and I expected some concern or at least a sorry face.

Amazing markets, probably the best I’ve been to in a long time! All the stalls have different things and it’s all very high quality for a reasonable price. Really enjoyed the live music they has playing on the stage and all the food stalls were delicious! Definitely a must try is the mango sorbet and some home made dumplings. I bought a couple sarongs and bracelets for family members and I’m super happy with everything I got! The only down side is it can we very hot and all the shady spots fill up quickly so get down...

I got there late, people were packing up. But I needed a hat. The first stall I came across had exactly the right cowboy style straw hat with a hatband of beads and leather. It was the best fitting hat I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was perfect for the wild Red Cat Adventures I did the next day. And then I lost it. I’ll be trying to contact that stall holder.
