Beautiful store, staff are so lovely and welcoming but not too pushy. Every time I have been in it has been so busy and the staff still ensure they offer their help when needed bouncing between each customer! I had such a lovely experience in the James st store on the weekend. Visiting from Adelaide Sir was my first stop of the day! As we don’t have a store in ADL I wasn’t sure what to expect but the lovely Chymz went above and beyond to listen to what I was after and suggested a few pieces to try on. Terrible in store experience. I was completely ignored, felt so so unwelcome. There were at least 5 girls on the floor working & at least 3 of them were not with a customer but continued to walk past and ignore me.
